It's sad, but it's true. Ever been in this scenario? I have. I'm hideously underweight, and I got picked on all the time. Luckily my dad puts all his guns in a safe.

Questions? Comments? Blasphemy?

To be honest I can't say I have, although thats probably only because we dont have guns in our house and I'm too afraid of physical pain to use a knife.

I was bullied a lot during my earlier school days and only through nullifying my emotions did I not crumble. Nowadays I'm working to undo the damage that caused.

One question though. Underweight by who's standards? Other people's? Yours? Doctor's? Only the last one would really matter because they would probably only judge if it was becoming a health problem. Ok, perhaps the second one would count too but unfortunatly it is human nature to never be satisfied with that sort of thing.

I've had my share of experiences. But despite my losses I've gained some things from them that I probably wouldn't have had otherwise, and I'm not willing to part with them. Aside from the fact that I'd rather have an idea of how the unfortunate feel instead of being ignorant and/or aloof of their pain.

Underweight by my own, as well as others. It's not nearly as bad now (because I always used to get physical) but it hangs over my head like a knife on a thread.

Hm.. well I was picked on a bit but I usually handled that with some application of the world's problem solver, violence. ((Notice a slight amount of sarcasm there.)) They stop trying to trip you when you stomp on their knee caps and tend to get the message when you pick them up with one arm and slam them into a wall. Still, I knew a kid that I got along well enough with but I didn't know he was as badly bullied as he was. My only contact with him was riding the bus from school since he was several grades below me. One day I walk into school, I have classes with his sister, and find out that he committed suicide during the night. I knew he had some problems but not that it was that bad. I had been trying to council him while riding on the bus the best way I knew how but it seemed to not help in the end, perhaps my don't let them win method of thought doesn't work for everyone else.
