Magical Sailor Fuku

Would anyone care to share their experiences with various Transformations in traditional campaigns in Pen and Paper Roleplaying Games? I've only been GMing for a little over a year, and my group hasn't played all that long together (a little over my little over a year of GMing).

I think it would be a fun plot in general, but I'd need to go about it carefully. So I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their experiences on the subject, particularly if the game they were in wasn't based around Transformation of one sort or another.
