That's right. Fable 2 has some rampant TG elements. Been discussing them ingame with Lucky.

One thing you can try multiple times is the Wheel of Torture. One of the "prizes" for your victim(s) is a gender swap.
Here's a really crappy youtube video of the action.

Also, after you finish the game you can get a potion that changes the gender of your hero. Mine would have turned out like the hero in the following vid, ugly as all getout, so I didn't do it. Yeah, I'm shallow.
Roll that not so beautiful footage!

now I almost want to get a 360 just for this game! I enjoyed the first fable game, is it more or less like the original?

Remarkably similar, though the differences are still striking. The graphics are a lot better, naturally. You can play as a girl or a guy. You get a pet dog that can sniff out treasure and even help you fight (and allegedly cast spells). Quests no longer pay you money, so you have to get a *shutter* job. Or rent out property. Speaking of which, you can own every piece of property in the game. All of it.

And so much MORE!!!

The lack of attractivity can be attested to the Physique skill people tend to pick up in the game. It makes female characters look not so pretty.

I actually got rid of all of my physique. With high accuracy and guns, melee becomes a thing of the past. Female characters look better when not obviously muscle-bound maniacs.
