Ambitious Pokemon RP: Recruiting Gym Leaders and Elite 4

Alright. Hi guys~ I'm looking in to organizing a rather large Pokemon RP that would essentially be creating a Pokemon World based on the wonders of MSF. What would go on in the RP is a normal Pokemon League Gym Challenge, however, I want to use actual battles over the wi-fi connection to decide how the battles would be played out. In other words, this is an RP for people that are actually playing the games. I'm sure there are enough of us to keep it pretty interesting.

Now, my first task is collecting 12 people... well, collecting 8 people. I already have 4, including myself.

Now, I need each person to create a team specializing in one of the 17 types(Bug, Dark, Dragon, Electric, Fighting, Fire, Flying, Ghost, Grass, Ground, Ice, Normal, Poison, Psychic, Rock, Steel, and Water). Once we have 12 picks we'll hold a tournament to decide the Elite 4. If we get enough interest, however, I'm willing to add more Gyms for those that wish to specialize in a certain type.

On the RP aspect, I'm allowing you to create a new character for the game or use one of your already existing ones, but you'll need to adhere to the rules of a Pokemon World still. I look forward to getting this put together and think that it will be a lot of fun! Hope to see you guys put up some good battles!

Also, please remember that Legendaries are generally disallowed, but if you manage to become Elite 4, you are allowed one Legendary.

I would, but since I havent touched a PokeMon game since the original release of the CCG, I cant help but in support type rolls, you might try Konoko and Ambush though, I know they and Nikkou are players...might try Lio as well

Few questions though. What are the requirements? Im sure I could build up a nice team for the Fire Gym, but like the specifics?

Only pokemon lvl 100? EV's alowed?

I got the note, and while I originally wasn't sure if I'd be joining in on this or not, my HG 'dex-filling quest is almost at an end. I should be able to spare the time to join in, if things get far enough here (can't say I'm holding out much hope, truthfully), but I don't pay much attention to what's going on at MSF anymore; I may need someone to e-mail me in case I'm needed.

That being said, I'm submitting my character Aldonza as a candidate for the Flying type.

From what I recall, there's this option for Wi-Fi battles that can level the players' teams to Level 50, 100, or just leave them as they are.
