He was one of the few actors I could consider being among my "favorites," so it's a shame that he's gone. Still, he made it to eighty-four, and had a very long career. Hmmmm... I guess I could link to some videos in memoriam.

...And don't call me Shirley. (It's expected, but that's why it's necessary.)

Yeah, I saw the news. Man, what a career. He also played Mr. Magoo, the nearly blind protagonist in the live-action movie of the same name, based off of the cartoon series.

Wrongfully Accused is a parody of the "Fugitive".

Kareem Abdul-Jabaar (LA Lakers Center) played a pilot in the Airplane movie who came down with the flu/illness that struck the regular pilots and some of the passengers after they ate tainted food.

May he be missed greatly....
