So the new Looney Tunes cartoon series premiered last night on Cartoon Network, and it wasn't really all that bad. The art style takes a small bit getting used to, as do some of the voices, but in general, it wasn't all that bad.

For the heck of it, here, are, some, videos.

I thought the new revamp would suck, but I've found it fun. The art style does need a bit getting used to since its so hard to imagine outside old art style

Yeah, same old gags we grew up with, with a newer generation of fans.

My favorite line was Porky Pig in court, where he asks the judge to be excused from the witness stand...

Porky: M-M-May I b-b-b-e e-excused?

Judge: Are you not wearing pants?

Has promise. Cartoon network is doing good with series restarts. Their new angle on Scooby Doo isn't half bad, either. Between their new series and restarts, I can probably say that between that and NBC comedy night, I could watch TV (I wrote TF...) again.

Pretty much, Bugs and Daffy live together in suburbia, along with other neighbors, like Yosemite Sam, Speedy Gonzalez, Granny, Sylvester and Tweety, and Witch Leeza and her son Gossamer. Lola is more of a stalker, and Daffy's girlfriend Tina Russo works at a copy center. Elmer Fudd is a TV weatherman. They also ahve Merrie Melodies, where the characters sing a song.

Lola Bunny sings about "President's Day", Marvin the Martian sings "I'm a Martian", and Mac and Tosh (friendly gophers) sing about good manners and friendship.

They also have the Road Runner and Wile E Coyote segments. I always felt sorry for the Coyote, as he claims to be a super genius, but he orders from ACME and their products always fail on him. He keeps ordering stuff from ACME because of the free shipping and the store credit he gets (A Family Guy episode gag cut scene shows Wile E Coyote complaining to Peter (who worked at ACME) about their defective products.

"...I'm gonna be the best best friend anyone ever had. BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!"

Love that line...;)
