Actually, it's based on a real place I read about in a book which supposedly exists. There was a report of a traveler that went into a particular or a certain combination of springs and emerged, worn out and sleepy, a woman with a female groin (and he was a man beforehand apparently) and androgynous shape, it other words, barely obvious breasts. Also the former-man said he was a man too. If only I could remember the book. It was an older book (library book). I read it about ten years ago. It really captivated me ^^.
