X_X I'm not feeling inspired with the lot I have tonight...I wrote something though. I won't be on tomorrow so the next caption will likely come Sunday evening.

Your lack of inspiration shows through. Grandpa and chocolate was a little bland in a normal supprise, explanation, resolution-ish pattern that I've seen too much of. Don't get me wrong some of your previous captions that I've read have the same style, and everyone knows I've played this card a little too much, but your previous ones weren't so straight forward, or had something to distract attention from really caring that the story telling was so basic.

But it's a caption. What can you do? So I'll stop badgering you and hope that Sunday brings more to the plate =)

^^ My apologies again (back btw). I'm gonna give a crack at one particular caption for this evening and see if I feel inspired. It makes me feel good to do these even if there are some occasional clunkers.

I'll add notes later to expand upon it if anyone is truly bewildered.

This story takes place in a living anime world which is created and expanded by the Artists. In this world, the Artists are special people who are able to create more of the world by giving of themselves. By giving, they are affected by a muse-like, feminine force which turns anyone who is an Artist, over time, into a woman, if they aren't already. The elders are retired Artists who make sure the quality of Art benefits the world. The elders outlaw Artistic skills which take from the Art of the world for the Artist's benefit. The landscape is all white, especially in blank spaces which Artists can create for the sake of containing elements of the Art of the world which are detrimental so they can work on them and repair them. So that's the background leading to the situation of two in the caption...

It was a nice, solid caption. Seemed like something I might have come up with, although I doubt I would have conveyed it the same way. I'm so bland. ;/

It did bring up the quandary concerning the chicken and the egg, though... Or, as it would be in this case, the painter and the painted.

I really liked it and the explanation, I could see using it as at least in part an rp setting.

The artest one is very interesting. Sadly it makeing me slightly confused (even with the explantion.) I'd love to see it expanded, or more in that universe.

Also I not sure what's being refrenced in the 1st caption in your latest batch but it sounds interesting.
