I don't mind. It's accurate a representation from the Aeternalae perspective at least. They can't affect anyone without the proper Tieff Codes. However, one could say that usage of force against another life is wrong no matter what, even if that life was practically born for that purpose. Though in this case, she was approached and asked for help and there is no doubt that she is in the right on this one. You nailed the overall attitude of the Aeternalae philosophy dead on, though -- one can only be true to their nature, and it takes more energy to hate or even dislike another person than it would to simply follow one's own truth.
I'm not surprised that it was possible to seal one into a tree. Easy enough to have happen when your true form is neither spiritual or physical.
EDIT: And Garath, you could learn something from that whole "it takes too much energy to hate or even dislike". That said, I would kill you if you tried to harm a gentle soul like that. And I would not bury you, either. Nothing personal. I will sooner take your life than allow you to kill another in hatred, and I would let nature do with your remains as it will.
