Alas, I'm on a new computer with only Paint, how do I create a JPEG that doesn't look strange without Paint Shop Pro? (my usual BMP to JPG image converter) Freeware would be helpful.

Irfanview + MS Paint is what I've always used. Irfanview is freeware.

Yeah, I've got that (the freeware and Paint). I'm just trying to limit pixelation mostly. I do most of my work in Paint. I used PSPro to limit the pixelation in a JPG format before. Mostly I'm unfamiliar with Irfanview

as always, i reccomend The GIMP

freeware program, closeish to the quality of retail image programs like Photoshop(though not quite there, more than close enough for most people)

You have some interesting timing with that caption... I was pissy on Friday because the men's section in Wal-Mart lacked shorts that didn't feel like six pounds to wear, and most of the colors in that section were browns, grays, and flat colors w/o designs.

The women's section, naturally, had all sizes and shapes and colors and materials and so on and so forth. When I was on my way back home, I was fuming to myself for at least ten minutes. It was partially because the female company I went with was just going with me because I needed shorts (and couldn't find anything that wasn't a bathing suit or fat heavy cargo shorts or jean shorts) and she found a whole bag full of articles of stuff she just randomly wanted because it was available. I tried hard to ignore the feelings of longing and resentment, and I didn't take it out on her, but it still sucks.

heh, akemi you ever notice the sizing differences? in the mens section its near impossible to find anything smaller than a large (if you can even find anything in large) and in the womens section its impossible to find anything bigger than a small.

mens section: L, XL, XXL, Leviathan
womens section: Childlike, XXS, XS, S

is there no place in this world for a medium!??!?!?!

and additionally its not like fat vs skinny, its more like... clothing companies dont think short/smaller men or tall/athletic/muscular women exist. they only cater to guys 6'+ with giant shoulders and muscles and petite 4'6" women.

Yeah.. or if you're in the women's section and do find something medium-large, you feel awful for having to get it cause you're considered fat by female standards. -_-;

Not to mention how hard it can be to find a pair of pants that isn't cutting off the circulation in your legs. Or a shirt that doesn't have your breasts practically falling out of it.
And then when you try to get some neutral clothes, they don't always really have any... personality, ya'know?

We should make a store! Full of... weird clothes. Yes. For all shapes and sizes, in all colors and fabrics. IT WOULD RULE THE WORLD. AHAHAHAHAHA!

... *Cough* Now back to your regularly scheduled topic! ..Kerina is reallyreally good at captions. XD *HUGS* But we all knew that, right?
