The reason for the warning isn't that it isn't pg-13 it just that some might not like the content.

That is almost the same curse my D&D character has.. Creepy. She's cursed to become more feminine whenever she does something stupid, rude, or untruthful.

Well... He didn't actually deserve all of it, probably just being turned female. But you know how things are, you burst into a house where your friend is being held captive, and accidently find the room in the house where there's a girl changing.
