Captioned Image Waiver (Mark 3)

Like the other waivers floating around, this one is for captioned images. Meaning that others may freely use your name and/or personality to make captioned images and whatever characters you allow others to use. Please sign in a post reply ^^.

I want others to know that they may freely use me to transform others, be transformed, whatever you like. At all. Anything at all, really, seriously. Anything. I don't mind a bit.

It's okay to use me in a caption. I actual think that if so one uses you in a caption that they have respect for you. *giggles* You can also use Kolie.

This is actually MK3 for this topic. Same thing as I said in the last two versions, I want to be asked before hand. I know in the past I haven't asked others and I have been scolded for those.
Lastly as I mentioned in MA, I do not want any public captions with Lio or any of my characters that include personality changes or permanent transformations. My answer will always be no in those circumstances. My reason for this is I'm a fan of temp transformations and I hate personality changes.
