"Most likely where the scum is hiding out. They're not just traitors, they're cowards too." Marcus spat on the floor. He motioned the Marine towards the door. "See if you can hear something through that thing." He then quietly went to the barricaded door to find out how it could possibly be opened.

The door wasn't barricaded very well, and the non-reinforced lock seemed to be on its last legs from whatever was tearing at it from the other side. A little muscle to move the lockers and scrap that was in the way would clear the door, and a few lasbolts would finish off the lock.

Meanwhile, Sebastian crept toward the door until he could hear the voices on the other side.

"-mad, I tell you! All of them! We should get out of here while we still can!"
"And go where? There are only two places we can go to: into the Tyranid's jaws, or the Guard's firing lines. We have to help the men win this and complete the mission!"
"You're insane! Have you any idea what happens to those who devote themselves to Chaos?"
"A better idea than anyone who's read the Imperium's relentless propoganda! It's dangerous, of course, but I haven't been on a world yet that wasn't teetering on the brink of devastation! What's the difference whether we devote our lives to a corpse on a pedestal or a group of actual GODS?"
"Listen to what you're saying! Those "actual gods" would as soon tear you to shreds as look at you! The firing line would be a mercy!"
"It's got to be a better fate than being eaten by the bugs. Our only choices are death or servitude, and I'm not dying just yet."

((Come on, now! Can we get a little action here? Some ideas? Some input? Conversation? It's way too early for this RP to die off, people! >_< ))

(Sorry, been giving Mendo a chance to respond.)

Marcus grinned. "Of course I am. The way I see it, there's a bunch of Chaos traitors in that barracks. I say we draw them out, bust this sucker open and run like hell. Should make for some old-fashioned fun."

Sebastian openened the door and stood in the doorway. "If you serve the Holy Emporer, you will not die."

Shor'ti smacked her face and stepped next to the marine, lasgun at the ready. "Stupid humans, so impulsive..." she mumbled.

Vivek simply watched the proceedings in interest. "Do these mon-keighs WANT to die?"

Vanya simply replies with a nod, ready with her lasgun incase things begin going wrong.

Mani slowly moved forward, stopping a few meters away from the barracks door, keeping an eye on Sebastian and on the door down the hall.

((Shuta is apparently short on time due to band camp or what not... per instruction, you'll be controlling his characters in the short-term, Cinnabon))

Sebastian stared down stonily at the two men in the barracks, who went absolutely pale as they stared up at him.
Though neither of them had ever seen a Space Marine without his armor, there was little mistaking the huge human for anything else, especially given a response like that.
The two humans, who were wearing lab coats and devoid of any apparent weaponry, immediately shrank to their knees.
"Please! Save me! The traitors have been forcing me to act as their primary medical officer ever since the quartermaster killed the captain and took over the ship! I want nothing to do with this filth! You must believe me! All praise the God-Emperor!"
The other man seemed far more nervous as he made his plea. "Y-Yes! Hail the Emperor! Our faith in Him has sent you here to aid us!"

A brief look around the barracks revealed them to be utterly devoid of any other people, with numerous bunks and lockers stashed on the far wall.
