Bio:Unlimited power, Unlimited knowledge. Those were Orochimaru's goals. To obtain those he would twist the DNA of living Ninja with the blood of ancient heroes often ending up killing them in the process.
However if one plans to live forever.. and can pratically come close one can work on more long term experiments. Yi was one such experiment Crafted from the blood of his first body and something ancient and forgotten to see if it was worth incorporating into a future body.
Of course the best laid plans of mice and men come undone in time. This is true of Orochimaru. In failing to take Sasuke his experiments became abandoned and the child fell through the cracks slowly growing up alone in the twisted little village.

Appearance: He is thin and pale skinned with yellow reptillian eyes. He tends to dress in a simple brown poncho with a coolie hat on his head. Sans hat his hair sticks up like a crest and is a tropical green color.

Personality: Cold, distant arrogant.

Earth Style: Summoning Jutsu - Earth Golem: Can create 1 Earth Golem that obeys Maruno. Once destroyed, it returns to the earth until Maruto summons it.

History: Maruno hails from the Hidden Sand Villiage. He knows of the legend of Gaara, Ninja of the Desert, and he seeks to find others from his village. With the blessings of Thoth-Sensei (Thoth is a blind female senei-trainer who helped Maruto tap into the Earth Style, and sense the vibrations of the Earth for any opponent's movements). He hopes to bring back more experience to his village and become Kage of his village someday. Thoth-Sensei sent him on a new mission to locate this new village, and locate his missing teammates. (Anyone from sand village want to be part of Maruno's team, pm me).

Appearance: Maruno has short brown hair, blue eyes, tanned skin, athletic build, wearing his village symbol on his headband, (like Naruto) wearing a black pair of pants, brown short-sleeved shirt, and black ninja sandals. He wears a pair of brown bracers on his wrists, which help him channel his chakra better for summoning and trapping Justus. (if changed into female, will use headband to keep long brown hair out of face, (like Sakura).
