The Temple of Light

[Empusa Sesshi]

Pristine marble steps lead up to a similarly pristine marble temple. High arches, pillars holding up the front it's all rather beautiful. You step inside to hear soft calming music playing from somewhere in the temple. A young acolyte in soft pink robes smiles as you enter. "Welcome to the temple!"

[Duck]

Kraus actually gets a bit poilite.

"Oh yes.. uh.. I need to speak to the high cleric. I, my friend has been cursed, I need to restore him please.

[Goose]

Bruce raises her hand high, still perched on Kraus' back.

"I am in need of the restoration! The size and form I once had is lost!"

[Empusa Sesshi]

She hmms and gazes at the tiny Bruce up on Kraus's back. "Well there is a strong aura about your friend here. Why don't you two make yourselves comfortable and I'll fetch the high priestess."

[Duck]

"oh, thank you. that would be wonderful," Kraus says as he puts Bruce down, trying to put out the thoughts to take the valuables here.

"See Bruce, we'll get you fixed in a jiffy."

[Goose]

Bruce raises her hand in agreement, unintentionally looking quite adorable while doing so.

"Yes, a jiffy!...

...Kraus, what is being a 'jiffy'?"

[Empusa Sesshi]

The pair is left to themselves for a time. The young priestess is gone for sometime. Soon however the young woman from the tavern who sent them out in the first place peeks in. "O...oh! There you are!"

[Duck]

*Kraus smiles at the girl*

"oh fancy seeing you here? gonna see the high preistess too? We kinda had a run in with a curse on Bruce... so we gotta see her to get him fixed.

[Goose]

Bruce runs up to the girl, excited to tell her that, one way or another, the orc beasts have left her homestead. With both hands on her hips, Bruce proudly proclaims...

"Yes! The curse has found me, but the monsters have taken the flight! Ha ha!"

Bruce's big smile turns to a slight grin... she seems slightly unnerved that the girl who's home he fought to save is now taller than her lithe form.

[Empusa Sesshi]

She blinks down at Bruce. "O...oh dear, so I see. Er...is that my little sister's dress...?" She pats Bruce on the head a bit. "Well...keep it by my way of saying thanks...I s'pose..." ^^;

[Duck]

Oh he'll return it when the curse is broken! *Kraus smiles at the woman* So.. sorry we had to borrow it. Do you know when the priestess will be available?

[Goose]

Bruce folds her arms and nods in agreement with Kraus.

"Yes, the returning of the dress will happen at the time of the returning of the form that is that mine...

...but tell me, what is being a dress?"

[Empusa Sesshi]

The girl blinks. "Oh you see a dress is..."

Her explanation is interrupted as the young priestess arrives with an older looking one. "Hello there, I'm Lady Aluen, the high priestess here. I'm told you have some curse troubles?"

[Goose]

Turning to the priestesses, Bruce claps her hands together and bows politely.

"Yes, the curse has done the cursing on the one who is me. My shape has done the altering. Offer the help that you have, please!"

[Duck]

Perhaps you should let me talk.

Ok ma'am. My friend here was once a straping young human male, but as you can see that's not really the case right now. Some creepy guy with some orcs did this to 'im. You can fix him right?
