"That's why I need to help him! To make sure he knows!" I mean, I had no idea where I was going when we paired up, and it was only when I thought I'd lost him that I realized just how deep they went.... "Look! We're over halfway there!"

[Xiao]

"Alright, alright," Xiao said, slightly amused at her enthusiasm. He looked over at the town and looked over it, it truly was huge, bigger than any city he had seen before. At least it won't be hard to find people to help, he thought as they continued upwards. (70%)

((I'd like to have been more descriptive but I don't know what time of day it is...))

[Mistress Guendolen]

The hint of amusement in his voice registered. "Well, good to know you find my situation so entertaining," she grumbled. And watched as they got continually closer to their destination....

OOC: Last I knew it was late in the afternoon, getting close to dinnertime. It could even be starting to get dark, depending on what time of year it is; the roleplay officially started in the early Fall, and as we're still, believe it or not, on our first "day," that's what I'm assuming it is until someone says otherwise.

"Don't take it in the wrong way," Xiao said apologetically, "Just, I have never seen such a strong bond, I guess that makes me feel good about this town, I normally expect less from something this large." (77%)

[Mistress Guendolen]

"Well, I have to admit it took us unexpectedly too.... But I wouldn't change it for anything, now. I don't know how common people like us are, but I don't want to risk losing it.... And I hope you find something like it, if that's what you want."

[Xiao]

"Thanks," Xiao replied, "however, you can't tell but I'm not one that people are attracted to, let alone girls so I am currently condemned to lonliness." (84% complete)

[Mistress Guendolen]

"Don't say that! You never know who you might meet. I met Genno totally unexpectedly- I went into a coffee shop, we started talking, and next thing we knew, we were together. Don't ever condemn yourself to loneliness out of hand!" She squinted at the blimp, suddenly feeling an increased sense of dread.... Hurry, hurry, I can feel it, I need to be there, just hold on, I'm coming-

[Xiao]

Xiao didn't say much in response, but began to travel with the blimp at about 95%. "Alright, tell me if you see a chute or a port hole or something else we can enter through."

[Mistress Guendolen]

"Okay. If you see one, just- shoot right in, okay?" She leaned forward, studying the blimp intensely for any sign of an entryway. Please, please let me not be too late....

OOC: I have no clear idea of how a blimp is structured, so I'm not sure how we would get in quickly. I remember the blimp in the movie "The Rocketeer" (it dates from the early 90's, so a lot of you probably have never seen or even heard of it, but I allude to it for those few who might have) had a sort of hatch on the top, but I don't know what's the norm and what isn't, for things like this.

There are numerous windows across some sections of the blimp, and the bottom has what appears to be a landing bay. They could also possibly punch a hole through somewhere, though this might not be the best idea in the world.

"That looks like that would be the best place," Xiao said motioning towards the landing bay. He came in and hovered a few feet from the ground, allowing Elise to get footing before letting the staff drop.

[Mistress Guendolen]

She slipped off the staff gratefully. "I'm more thankful for this help than I can ever say. Now I just need to find Genno...." There was no time to run in circles randomly searching. She had to get to where he was, right now. What I wouldn't give for a dowsing compass.... She fumbling in her bag, looking for her dowsing crystal, in hopes that using it would start her in rthe right direction.....

OOC: I have no idea where the landing bay is in relation to the conflict on board, so I don't know if any noises would be caught on this end. Clarification is needed.

Xiao stepped off of the staff and quickly hit his knees as his staff hit the ground. He put a hand on the ground and used it to support himself as he took a few deep breaths, "No... problem..." he said through breaths.

Guen cannot hear the sounds of the battle, but her dowsing rod points the way. The landing bay is not much, there's merely something that looks like it's straight from Star Trek, and about ten or twenty hang-gliders, along with a line of parachutes. There is a staircase nearby, and the dowsing rod points towards there.
