She takes it gratefully. "Thank you... And I guess you can call me Berry if you want. Though I havent given up yet... inside I am still Dactylos."

She takes a bite of the shortcake, forgetting her worries for a moment and just enjoying the taste.

After a few minutes of wandering around, Grant found the source of the smell. A bar filled with girls that were apparently half-animal.... Kind of weird, but then again, this was a anime theme park. There had to be a a lot of cosplayers around here, right?

"Hey, um, excuse me?" He said to the one with rabbit ears. "Are those cakes for sale? They look awfully delicious...."

Dactylos looks up at the boy. "Umm... I dont know. But if not you can have some of mine... its really too good not to share."

"i would advise not drinking anything from the bar, though..."

[Mystic Mina]

"You sure? Um, thanks, I guess." He takes the cake from the girl's hand and nibbles a small corner off of it to test the taste. Perfect. Just how grandma made them! "Wow, these cakes are pretty good! Did you guys make these? They don't seem like they're a brand.... Wait, what was that about the drinks? Do they cause cancer or something?"

She points out the sailor girl. "Makoto made them, I think... I just got here too."

"And the drinks dont kill you... they just have very weird side-effects to them." She brushes her long rabbit-ears absentmindedly. If Grant is observant, he would notice they look strangely... real.

[Mystic Mina]

((Ugh.... I keep switching tenses. ._.))

"Weird side-effects, eh? Mind telling me about them, um.... What's you name, miss?" Grant said as he took a seat next to the bunny-eared girl. Now that he had a closer look at her ears, he could see that they looked unnaturally realistic. If he didn't know better, he'd say that they were actually her real ears. Oooook.... Things were taking a turn for the stranger. "Those ears, uh, look pretty real. How'd you get them like that?"

[Sailor Ganymede]

"The Strawberry Shortcake is my own recipe." Makoto said as she handed Grant a piece of his own. So what do you want on it Reddi Whip or Cool Whip?" Makoto asked holding up a can of each.

*Ami followed Makoto.* "Hi there my name is Ami Mizuno." Ami said giving Grant the name that is her name now.

(Okay I know Ichigo is Mew Mew Strawberry, was the one that was awakened second Mint? I am just wondering. Please PM me. I have to go to bed now I have to work tomorrow, or you can post after me to tell me. I have seen the first two Episodes of Tokyo Mew Mew on YouTube. Ichigo is Mew Mew Strawberry, what is the real name of Mew Mint? I can't remember what was said. Of course the subtitles were hard to read.)

"Umm... my name is Berry." It was said before she had time to think. She cursed herself silently, but couldnt bring herself to tell Grant her odd situation... at least not all of it.

"After all... he would probably be weirded out... and he is kinda cute."

She suddenly frowns and holds her head in her hands, shakeing it again. "No! Bad thought, bad thought!"

As she shakes her head to clear it, Grant would get an even better view of her fuzzy rabbit ears... how they dont shift around her head while flopping about... and how they seem to not be attatched to a strap at all, but rather dissapear right into her hair and into her head.

[Mystic Mina]

"Uh, Cool Whip?" Grant whimpered, somewhat disturbed by all the attention he was given by the girls in the cafe. He wasn't used to it.... He was a bit of a social outcast. "Listen, uh, Berry, right? Can I walk with you for a bit? I need to talk to you about something."

He needed to know. He needed to know why Berry's ears were so real. He needed to know why it seemed like he was the only customer here in the park. He needed to know why she told him about the side-effects in the drinks. He needed to know EVERYTHING.

She looks up at Grant, emotions visibly conflicting in her face for a few moments as she blushes slightly, then she nods. "Alright... I'll walk with you."

"After all," She thinks "its not like I have much to do until this Amy gets here... And I have control of this. I do..."

[Sasha]

Tailsko looks over teh chicken choices.

Grant takes a hold of Berry's hand and gently lifts her out of her seat. Hopefully, this Berry girl would give him some answers as to what the heck was going on in this park. She didn't seem like everyone else in this park. She was more.... Innocent.

"Do you know a good place to talk? Some place that's quiet, maybe?"

[Knight Errant]

Dact... or was it Berry now... thinks for a moment. Nodding, she says. "Come on... I know a place."

Taking the lead, she leads him to the first place she entered Shoujoland from, the bushes along the outer park wall off the main path and out of sight of the ticketbooth.

After making sure that they were alone, Grant gently grabs a hold of Berry's shoulders.

"Might as well asking the most pressing question first.... Why are your ears like that? They're way too real. There's no that's a headband!"

[Hira Kanaki]

"I recomend the "S-Version" Chicken Teriyaki, I hear it's good." Amy said also looking over said choices.
