She says trying to sound confident it's not.

"Would the Sargeant know what that mark means?"ask Mei

*Looks at her Cutie Mark* "Ohhhhh, Okay girls this is a laptop. This cutie mark represents my specialty in Technology. Such as Computers Hacking and laptops. You fillies have no idea what I'm talking about do you?"

"what's that?"ask Melody.

"Would Mei Xing be off track in saying that the Seargeant is not from around here?"

[Sgt. Rock]

"That would depend on what you mean by "not from round here" Miss Mei." Rockette said.

[Kether]

"Mei Xing would think that such a device would require perhaps the manual dexterity of some sort of ape like creature?" she says hinting heavily at something

[Sgt. Rock]

"Girls do you mind leaving us for a second?" Rockette said as if more of a statement then a question

[Ookalf]

"Domestics Department?" She repeated. To be honest she didn't know what that was. Did they domesticate animals? What a silly job. "Er, I mean, you are correct. We shall see how this goes. Now if you'll lead the way Steel Gaze..."

Things kept getting stranger and stranger. As well as more dangerous. HER? A Princess?! She couldn't rule a town! What was she going to do when she messed something up? She was quite certain she was going to mess something up...

Best not to think of that right now. First she needed to get to the place or whatever. Did Discord MAKE a place for the town? She suddenly wondered where she'd be stationed...

That aside she beckoned for Skyfall and Licorice Swirl to be beside her. Best keep them close for now, they in a sense, were the only 'sane' ones around for the moment.

Skyfall nodded and followed after MoonSpell, keeping her head low as she walked along.

Meanwhile, Sonata saw that Casey was preoccupied with obtaining the stroller for her sister and wrote a note, using her magic notepad and quill to write a note stating that when Casey and Holly were finished with their chores at the house, they should be able to find Sonata around town. She also left Casey's family a description of herself as a light brown coated unicorn with black framed glasses and a dark brown mane and tail. After levitating the note towards the general direction of Casey's kitchen table, Sonata trotted off to explore more of the town. She saw her house and those around the court square, and an administration/town hall building, as well as a building that resembled a brown roofed hotel called the "Hay and Stay". She also observed an Urgent Care for sick or injured ponies, a strange Pagoda-style building that looked like a restraunt, and several market-like shops where many merchant ponies were displaying various treats, like apples, celery stalks, and other vegetables. Her stomach growled as she neared the closest shop. There, a female Earth Pony with with a tan coat and black mane with a shopkeeper's hat greeted potential customers.

Sonata smiled at the shopkeep, "I would like some apples and some celery stalks, please." She said in a polite tone.

The shop keep offered prices and various quantities of the items Sonata requested. "How many apples and celery stalks would you want; I picked these celery stalks from my garden this morning, and the apples are from a local orchard."

Sonata pulled out her brown change purse from her saddlebag with her magic and looked over the delicious treats, "Two red apples, two celery stalks, and three carrots, please. I must have skipped breakfast today." She sheepishly smiled as her stomach groumbled.

The shop keep put Sonata's food order in a basket and said, "Let's see, that's 2 bits for the apples each, so 4 bits for the apples, 3 bits for each celery stalk, so 6 bits, and finally, 2 bits for each carrot. All together, that's 14 bits. Anything else?"

Sonata found her money had been converted into the official currency of Equestria, the bit. "You have anything to drink, like water?"

The shop keep had a new canteen full of cold water, "Yep, I got this from my well. Still cold, so 5 bits for the canteen of water, makes that 19 bits, please."

Sonata hands the shop keep what appears to be the equvalient of $20.00 in Equestrian bits. The currency has a portrait of an Alicorn on the front, and the back of each coin was of Canterlot. The shope keep handed back Sonata one bit for change and her food. "Thanks for stopping by my food booth; come back soon, and bring more customers!" The shop keep waved a front hoof in a friendly gesture. Sonata waved back, imitating how the shop keep waved her front hoof.

After a while, Sonata came across three little fillies and a strange pony-like creature with a robe, deer antlers, and an Oriental-looking hat, as well as a military-type pony. "Uhm, hi there. My name is Sonata. I just...moved into town...I got some lunch from one of the food merchants." She indicated her basket with carrots, apples, celery stalks, and a canteen of water.

Jackie gave up on trying to look important. Attention didn't sit well with her, anyway. She quietly filed out behind MoonSpell.

Cody sat down and thought hard on what to do. He was currently a changeling. According to what Discord had said last night everyone was most likely changed as well, but a majority, if not all, of them were ponies that only remember themselves as ponies. He decided to try and figure out his changeling abilities first and foremost, because if he didn't, his future would likely involve the sharp end of a Royal Guard's spear.

"Lets see... if its supposed to be my main ability, it should be rather instinctual... hmmm..." he thought aloud in a whisper. He then decided to test a theory. In his mind, he pictured a pony he was VERY familiar with. He focused on this mental image hard. After a few moments and with a quick flicker of green magic flames, he looked down at himself. What he saw was a lavender mare's body. He looked back into the reflective screen from before and found Twilight Sparkle looking back from the reflection.

"Well ok then. I figured out how to transform. That's good. Now... a form that isn't too well-known..." he said before focusing again on a mental image. Seconds later he appeared as a dark purple-blue stallion unicorn with a fiery orange and yellow mane and tail, pulled back and a flower cutiemark (salvia guaranitica if you want to know what exactly). He peeked out of the alleyway and started to walk away when he heard voices in the arcade as he neared the entrance. Cautiously he looked in to see what was going on.

"Well"Steel gaze begins looking them over, "you are somewhat lacking in the domestics department. I am sure these two will work out"

After a while, Sonata came across three little fillies and a strange pony-like creature with a robe, deer antlers, and an Oriental-looking hat, as well as a military-type pony. "Uhm, hi there. My name is Sonata. I just...moved into town...I got some lunch from one of the food merchants." She indicated her basket with carrots, apples, celery stalks, and a canteen of water.

A small sphere of purple flame appears over the creature's head briefly then disappears as the creature turns to the fillies, "The mystic power of an Alicorn is quite vast, if one.. perhaps the local princess could aid the fillies with finding marks of purpose.."

The three fillies seem confused at first.. then at once they grasp the idea and run off.

The creature sighs as Sonata walks up, "Another gawker.."

A small sphere of purple flame appears over the creature's head briefly then disappears as the creature turns to the fillies, "The mystic power of an Alicorn is quite vast, if one.. perhaps the local princess could aid the fillies with finding marks of purpose.."

Sonata began to eat some of her food, feeling fuller as she consumed her carrots and then saw Mei Xing send the young fillies away. "Would you like something to eat?" She asked Mei Xing and Rockette.

Cody blinked as he was called out by the pegasus. He quickly tried to come up with a response. "Explain myself? Did I do something wrong? All I was doing was seeing what was going on."
