Hub Rp: Stand By, Set Up, Ready

"who me...? sure... where am i? how the heck did i get here from the ally?"
i said brushing myself off.

[Raleigh]

"Yes you kiddo. This is the city of Ryosta and judging from your seeming confusion, I would assume you aren't from around here. Where did you come from if I can ask? You know, as in city name or even state or something."

Raven chuckles as he and his two subordinates flee through the slums. Raven: "Pay off some of the local gangs, I want them held off long enough to begin the process. Afterwards, begin setting up the toys in the sewer system." Rita & Rico: "Aye sir." The two go off in seperate directions in order to arrange some interferance for their boss as he begins his path into the sewers through a hidden manhole in the back of the inn named The Raven's Nest.

[Tala]

*Kay runs into the sewers*

Ew. This is gross but I must move on.

"uhm.. its the city of summercity, north dakota, USA..."

[Metroidvania]

(shannon frowns, and slows down as she catches wind of some shadows from around the corner)

(she drops into a crouch, peeks around the corner only to spot one of the local gangs she'd researched in her quest for knowledge on the hub world....she fingers her dual Desert Eagles as she attempts to listen on the gang's current scheme)

[Raleigh]

"Right boys, so we will get paid if we stop any of those high and mighty guild members passing through the place. Also remember, if we take any down, to loot them. I understand they have some nice equips. Possibly even might have some of those id devices that could be rigged so we could use them. I want most of you to just go about your normal thing, but look out for any of them. If you see them, alert the others and move in to beat the tar out of them. Remember, a lot of them keep a level of shielding about themselves, so use your shock stix when you can."

"Ahh, then you are from another world my dear. This is Hub, a world where we take care of others and their problems. My name is Ebony by the way. Would you come with me so we can get you registered and maybe see about helping you with your problem?"

[Tala]

*Kay ran around a corner but went back behind it when she saw the group of thugs*

There are about 1 to many for me to handle in this tight space. I will wait.

[Metroidvania]

(Shannon frowns for a moment, her fingers leaving the Desert Eagles as she remembers the violence as a last resort rule)

(she jumps up to a nearby scaffolding, and quickly climbs to the roof, only to have one small rock clatter down onto the surface as she steps onto the roof itself)

[Raleigh]

One of the more observant thugs hears the rock and begins to look up and see if he spots anything. "Hm.. might have been a rat."

"... just for refrence... im not dreaming.. and second.. does registering involve any injections, tattoos, and or cips or robots inserted into my body?"
I clearly watch to much anime.

"Not unless you want it to kid. And no, this is no dream. I think you must have gotten pulled here due to one of those freak random dimensional slips that occur at times."

[Josh-May]

"no thanks... and i didnt think that was possible without being transformed into a catgirl or something... or having the whole planet go though.. or crushing my skeleton from intence pressure...."

We stood there in silence for a couple of seconds...

[Metroidvania]

One of the more observant thugs hears the rock and begins to look up and see if he spots anything. "Hm.. might have been a rat."

(Shannon sighs in relief, then, steeling herself, jumps over the roof to the next, repeating the process twice more before bypassing the thugs.)

Now....onto the sewers.

(she pulls up a manhole cover after descending to the street, just as 3 thugs wander down the hall)

[Tala]

*Kay waits for them to leave*

Man they talk alot

"I think I heard something." Two of the thugs head toward Kay's position.

The three thugs spot Shannon heading toward the man hole and while one is busy setting off the alert the other two rush her, shock stix sparking.

"Err.. yeah. Anyway, follow me then young man." Ebony leads him into a rather large building that was near the main square of the city.
