[FFRP] Sunshine Apartments

Rose followed the others inside, frowning a little at how they were all just marching into what she considered to be her apartment. "Stop saying us! I'm not sharing!", she continued to protest, despite seeing the room was obviously not meant for one person. "This is a mistake, this place is never big enough for six people", she huffed.

As he stepped out onto the balcony, a gentle ocean breeze swept through David's hair. It began to grown down his back, his broad chest and shoulders starting to get smaller, and he started to loose height too! Muscle tone was fading all over his body, his frame getting slimmer and skinnier, any trace of body hair disappearing as a sudden chill went down his spine despite the hot weather.

"No guy is staying in my apartment!", Rose scowled as she heard Tanner, and spun around to face him, her eyes suddenly widening, and a gasp spilling from her lips as she saw he was changing. His already long hair was growing even longer, and there was a swelling in his chest, a pair of breasts growing beneath his shirt, while he began to dwindle in height, right infront of the women.

Dave glances back at the furious woman. "Blah, blah, blah..." He says to no one in particular as he enjoys the breeze. Suddenly, he notices peculiar sensations go through him in rapid waves! He strokes the side of his hair only to notice that's it's getting longer, growing in his hand even! "What the...f***?" He scrunches his face as he looks looks down to see that his muscles are evaporating into his body, making him slimmer while getting shorter at the same time. "GAH! This not good!" He runs inside, heart racing with panic. He notices that the programmer is starting to look more feminine than the last time he saw him. "This is bad, bad, bad, BAD! Make it stop...I don't wanna--" He breathes deep breaths, he starts feeling nauseous and dizzy from the shock as hyperventilation sets in.

"What the... How-!!!! Tanner reflexively cups the growing mounds on his chest, and runs out the front door and sits against the wall, as his dirty blonde hair lightens to a brighter color, skin softening as his hips widening more than his eyes were already. Breathing heavily, she now feels nearly sick as she doubles over... then realizes SHE has to hold her hair back. The feeling subsides, and she sits outside the apartment...

Samantha watches stunned for a moment as the changes start happening in Tanner before he runs out of the apartment. When she sees David come back in from the balcony, also changing, she shakes herself. "W..what's happening? That's impossible!"

Her normal lack of energy helps her stay calm right then, and she starts looking for some, any, explanation. She remembers seeing a note on the fridge, and walks ito the kitchen. She takes the note and starts to read it.

Shirley had been busy inspecting the bathroom during the commotion in the main room as Tanner shot away. "What's all the hubbub?" she said, stepping back into the living room and catching a glimpse of David's changes, his much longer hair, and his shrinking frame.

"Woah, buddy, what's happening to you!?" she says, running over to get a better look.

Dave's clothes begin to shift, the pants shrinking up his legs, revealing them to be smooth, skinny and hairless as he ran inside, with white socks up to the knees the material becoming a navy blue, and then bursting open into a short, mid-thigh length pleated school skirt. His shirt turned white, buttons appearing down the front, becoming a school blouse tucked into the skirt, the swell of breasts appearing beneath it, a navy blue tie flopping down over the growing chest. Dave's eyesight began to blur until he could barely make anything out anymore. On his feet, his shoes become shiny, polished patent black leather mary janes with a buckle, which if studied closely, actually showed a reflection beneath the skirt of a pair of white silk panties! A matching bra formed to hold Dave's developing breasts, which swelled up to a C cup as he continued to get skinnier. His waist length pale blonde hair was suddenly pulled up into a ponytail behind his head, tied with a navy blue ribbon, and then there was a tugging at his male parts, and he could feel them being sucked right up inside him, reforming as the female kind. Her purple silk panties peeked from beneath the short school skirt as she slumped down to sit against the wall, her shirt becoming the white cotton school blouse, with buttons down the front, and a navy blue tie. Her breasts continued to swell up, another C cup, with a purple silk bra to hold them, while her golden blonde hair grew brighter and began to curl as it grew down towards her waist. A little clear lip gloss appeared, and some sparkly purple eyeshadow, that matched the purple varnish on her slightly longer fingernails. Tanner had also become a seventeen year old schoolgirl, but a little more curvy than Dave was. She had a great body, and as she sat there, the urge to show it off began to grow. She suddenly had a growing desire to sing, and dance, and act, and just generally show off how good looking she was!

Rose stared in disbelief, first at Tanner as she ran out of the apartment, and then Dave as she ran in from the balcony. She began to shake her head from side to side, her mouth open slightly, "This... can't be happening... ", she muttered, pressing a hand to her forehead. She glanced over at Shirley, and then at Samantha, only noticing the note on the fridge when the older woman went across to read it.

The note had been typed out, and went as follows:

"Greetings!

For a number of years now, the demand for a sunshine apartment as far outstripped our supply of rooms! To try and please more people, we're running a new trial scheme, and you lucky people have been chosen to help us! The rent on this room is the same as a standard room, but now there's five of you to share the cost!

Enjoy your new lives here at Sunshine Apartments!"

Dave watched in horror as his clothes changed and he suddenly grew breasts! He could barely make out the details of everything as his vision blurred...not only that, the world around him started to blacken due to the shock. "N-no! I'm...becoming...a chick, dude! Shirley couldn't help herself, she hugged the fainted girl. "That was incredible..." she softly stammered. "A-A-Are you okay?"

Samantha shakes her head at the non-helpful note. She walks back over to where Shirley was hugging the fainted girl that had been Dave just moments before. "Is he ... she alright?" she asks timidly as she bends down to check on her.

Tanner, bewildered but calm, reentered the apartment. "So, uhm, we're all girls now, somehow... but seifukus? I don't know any schools with that dress code around here." Her eyes are darting back and forth, taking it all in, despite the impossibility of the situation.

Rose, like Samantha, headed over to Shirley, helping her getting the new schoolgirl settled on the floor. She looked stunned, still shaking her head in disbelief, "This can't be real... it just can't!", she muttered. For the record, the school uniforms weren't seifukus, but white blouses and navy blue skirts, with navy blue ties, and white socks.

Now Shirley would feel the tingling spread through her, and she began losing height! The others would be able to see the maturity slipping away from her face, her features softening a little, growing more youthful! Her hair got brighter, more red, her glasses falling off as she got a bit smaller, and she'd find her vision was perfect without them! Despite the rest of her getting smaller, her chests didn't seem to be shrinking at all, which made her breasts look and feel bigger!

Samantha felt the shiver go down her spine, feeling a rush of energy go through her. Her features began to smooth out, any small wrinkles disappearing as she began to age backwards! Her breasts rose beneath her shirt, becoming more perky, her legs growing smoother under her skirt. Her hair began to grow down over her shoulders, spreading towards her waist, as within seconds she was back to her early twenties and still getting younger!

Shirley felt the tingle and watched her hands shrinking in front of her face. As her glasses slipped off, she instinctively grabbed for them, and placed them back on the bridge of her nose, though everything seemed blurry.

She turned to Rose, who had seemed to have such a cloudy disposition when they met, and noticed she hadn't changed at all yet. She glanced at Samantha, and though she was a blurry mass, she could see her hair growing phenomenally fast! "What's going on??" Shirley asked, even hearing a bit more youthful energy in her voice, as her glasses slipped from her face once again and the world came into focus.

"What...?" She looked back at the teenager, and looked toward the door as another girl entered. "Are you... Were you that other guy?" She asked, having not seen him since he left the room suddenly, her attention had been focused on Dave at that moment.

Dave slowly opens her eyes as she wakes up. "Ughh...what happened?" She groans, her vision blocked somewhat by her long hair. She moves the hair out of her eyes and looks up at the teenage girl that was once Shirley. "Who...who are you? I just had the most fu- weirdest dream and--" Dave pauses. "What's up with my voice?"

"Hey, you're not the only one who became a girl! Look at me, I was a skilled programmer, 100% man and now I'm A GIRL!" Tanner pouts, feeling jealous for some reason, wanting to be noticed for who he-er, she is.

Samantha felt the shiver go down her spine, feeling a rush of energy go through her. Her features began to smooth out, any small wrinkles disappearing as she began to age backwards! Her hair began to grow down over her shoulders, spreading towards her waist, as within seconds she was back to her early twenties and still getting younger!

Samantha can feel the years dropping off of her. Her hands fly up to her face as she feels it changing. She is too stunned at what is happening to everybody in the room, including herself, to let out more than a startled "eep!" as the changes start.
