Feramin frowns... and looks around a bit, despite the futility. "Gents... this might be obvious to ya by now, but this is not normal dark." He frowns... shaking the flame out before putting the candle away. He glances over to the light... and slowly shakes his head... looking away from it. "No... I've gone this far... I'm not going back now. There isn't anything for me there. And now I know... that there is too much that I don't know. Be this darkness science or some witchcraft, I will understand it if I can."

Stewart begins to calm down. If this voice meant them harm, it would have attacked while everyone was disoriented. He grins confidently, assuming that this voice had some way to see them.

"Of course I have. I shine in those moments were everyone looks up to me." he says. Not a total lie really, he does shine in those moments, but her never takes action that results in a net loss for him, even if it means throwing an underling to the wolves.
