Danny takes the forms and begin's to fill it out. Hmmm, which of our names should we use? he asked his sister.

Mine might be easier. Just put Sam, it's gender neutral, so if we get caught, we can cover easier. she responded.

Ooh, good plan. Danny thought back. As soon as he is done, he hands the form back to the officials.

[SweetSophia]

Punch looked towards the door and a slight smile grew over his face.

"Alright childrens. Now, the official tests and what not are all gonna be t'mmorow, but y'all will be needin ta know what yer in for in the long run." he said, walking past the new recruits towards the door, "I've got a rig set up just like a cockpit. If'n y'all find yerselves up to it, how about a go to see what you folks're made of."

Tippy sat down in the chair bluntly after his statements, making quite clear that she intended not to go anywhere anytime soon.

"I'll man the front down here, knock youself out, Punch."

[Shadowmaster]

"Well, I suppose I'm up for that." Danny said.

When do I get a chance to be in control? Sam asked.

Later, as soon as we're done here. Danny said.

Good, I'm getting bored here. Sam replied. Danny then followed Punch out the door.

[Raleigh]

Shrugs and follows after the other two after placing his forms on the desk.

[SweetSophia]

Punch walked over to the door and opened it, stepping out ahead to lead the way. A short walk later and the group was standing next to a large robot-head crudely fixed on what looked like two gyroscopic rings.

"So who wantsa be first?" He asked with a grin.

[Shadowmaster]

"Well, I guess I will." Danny says.

[SweetSophia]

Punch elbowed the side of the robot and a door popped open on it, revealing the control bridge, a small room with a steering wheel and a panel covered in buttons.

"Go ahead and hop in. I'll coach ya on how ta start up from out here."

[Shadowmaster]

"Okay." Danny climbs into the robot. "I'm all set."

[SweetSophia]

Punch shut the door on the robot-head and walked to the back of it, powering on a large lever. Some other restless soldiers and volunteers came out from where they were to watch as the machine started up with a humm.

"Alright, kid. Green lever on yer left starts her up, tha black steerin' wheel is yer main control. Just holler when you want to get out." Punch called into the robot.

To Danny, it sounded more like a metalic echo of Punch's voice trying to be heard over the humming. On the screen in front of young Daniel/Samantha the middle of a battlefield appeared where there was once the empty shell of a building. Several hostile looking robots slowly approached on the screen. Just to the left and right appeared robots that had heads similar to the one they were riding in, perhaps allies?

[Shadowmaster]

"This has got to be the coolest thing ever." Danny says. He turns the robot on and gripped the steering wheel. "Um...how do I attack with this thing?" he asked.

I hope that wasn't aimed at me, I have no idea.

"I hope we don't get points taken away for being blown up in the simulation..."

[SweetSophia]

"No loss is a loss when ya get that there experience from it." Punch said smugly, "Try the little widgets on yer right and left that are kinda shaped like guns."

[Raleigh]

"Are widgets the technical term?"

[Shadowmaster]

Danny grabs the "widgets" and uses them to fire at some of the threatening robots. "This is awesome."

[SweetSophia]

"Well, I don't know how scientrific it is, but it's the best way to describe them." Punch returns to James.

[Shadowmaster]

"Okay, I think I've got the hang of it." danny says.
