The Forest of Teeth

[Empusa Sesshi]

She frowns a bit but nods. "Alright...come speak with the elder. But if you make any sudden moves there'll be trouble."

Marisa finds it much like any other village, just made up of wood huts and burrows. An odd mix between man and animal. As for a weapon shop, or shop of ANY kind, it seems she's out of luck there.

Ria skitters about rapidly, getting bemused looks from some of the villagers. Until he knocks heads with someone and they both fall! "Ow!"

[SweetSophia]

"Fair enough," Teras complies, "I'd be more than happy to lay down arms for such an equisite....wait..no...composure. Now's not the time."

Teras bites her lip, resisting the urge to flirt with the squirrel woman. She calms down and readily follows.

[Stellar]

Marisa crosses her arms with a 'humph!' She pauses leaning against a pole watching the community for a few moments trying to figure out where they buy or trade or get things from.

[Musashi]

Ria chittergrumbles, rubbing his sore little chipmunkboy head. He gets up and dusts himself off, then holds out a chipmunkbishi hand to the one he knocked down. "Sorry..."

[Empusa Sesshi]

The cute chipmunky girl you conked accepts your hand and gets to her feet. "OhI'msosorryIwasn'tlookingwhereIwasgoing!" It'd be very hard to decipher if uh...you yourself weren't operating at a super fast frequency as well.

Marisa sees some folk well...swapping pelts for food, or vice versa. It doesn't look like they're big on weapons, why use a sword when you have fangs and claws?

The squirrel leads Teras through the village, she recieves a few curious glances, but apparently newcomers aren't TOO rare. "Alright miss, you just wait out here now." She steps into the largest hut.

[SweetSophia]

Teras resolved to wait, and thus she did most verily, taking up the stance of patience and gazing listlessly at yon calm surroundings. Yes, truly it was a wait to remember.

[Stellar]

With a shrug Marisa heads to where she sees people trading goods. "Uhm, excuse me," she smiles some after getting anyones attention, "You wouldn't happen to have a smith in this village would you?"

[Musashi]

"It'sokayI'msorryIwasn'tlookingeitherareyouokay?!" Ria chitters back to the chipmunk girl, sniffling and wiggling his cute bishi chipmunky nose while holding the girl's hand and patting it.

[Empusa Sesshi]

After a few moments of waiting, an elderly turtle woman makes her way out...slowly. She gazes at Teras for a couple uncomfy minutes. "So....you....are....the....stranger...to....our....woods?"

Marisa seems to've gotten the attention of a wild boar-man. He snorts at her a bit. "Not really a smith...used ta when we used metal tools. If ya really need a weapon you could ask old Jon. He's just down the way there."

The girl nodnodnodnods to Ria. "OhyeahI'mjustfine!Ibumpmyheadallthetime,thanksthough!" She grins a buck toothed chipmunky grin.

[SweetSophia]

"Ah. Yes most revered elder. You speak now with Teras. I and my compatriots venture forth through this most peculiar forest to discover and perhaps remedy whatever or whoever is so changing the local fauna and peoples as such." Teras related to the Turtle lady.

She cordially bowed at her, momentarily losing her balance, but righting herself again embarrassed, but not detured.

[Stellar]

"Thank you very much!" Marisa's face lit up and she quickly strode off down the way.

[Musashi]

Ria takes a deeeeeep breath, and continues on more slowly. "So you got changed too? Were you a boy? Cause I was a girl! What's your name? Where are you from? Do you like popcorn? I can make you some!"

[Empusa Sesshi]

The elder hmms and nods slowly. "Ah...yes I...see. Well....if there's...anything you need...just ask...."

Marisa heads down the path as directed, and sees an older wolf-man working on sharpening a blade.

The chipmunk girl blinks at Ria. "Umm...yes, yes, that's weird, Julia, here, yes and no thank you I ate!" She hmms. "So what's YOUR name? Aaaaand...would you like an acorn?" ^^

[Stellar]

"Ah," Marisa comes to a stop smiling. "I was told you make weapons," she pauses for a moment watching the wolf-man, "Well, that's definately true. I'm in the market for a couple good blades."

[SweetSophia]

"Well, it'd be favorable if we knew who or what we were up against, sage elder, and where they dwell if the knowledge is to be permitted to use" Teras continued on.
