"I'm Ria! Though I guess that name doesn't really fit anymore, huh? But it will, cause I have super magic powers so I'll find a way to change back!" The squirrelboy CHITTERS defiantly.
"...And yes, I would like an acorn, thank you." ^_^

[Empusa Sesshi]

The old wolf glances up at Marisa slightly interested. "Hmph...whaddya got ta trade?"

She hmms softly at Teras. "Well....we believe...it to be a....group of cultists....of the beastlord..."

The squirrel gal nodnods. "Wow a sorcerer! How cool!!!" She produces a handful of acorns.

[Stellar]

"Uh.. Oh, right," she stutters and reaches into one of her pouches. "I've a few gold peices," Marisa holds the coins up for the wolf-man to see. "I hope you take gold... I don't have anything else besides my clothes, a crusty old scroll my mother gave me, and a few pages of offensive magic that I've been trying to learn."

Marisa paused for a moment remembering why she was here in the first place, "Oh, and the group I was with was trying to find the source of the curse here and possibly break it."

[SweetSophia]

"Beastlord, eh? Perhaps the ringleader in this plot. Any chance you could point us in direction these cultist are?" Teras questioned, bowing again in respect and thanks.

[Musashi]

Ria grabs up some acorns and STUFFS them into his mouth, crunch-crunch-crunching. "Mmmm~ You know, I have these strange urges to run around and climb up trees! My mind is full of thoughts of burying acorns for winter. ...What's wrong with me? o_o"

[Empusa Sesshi]

He eyes the gold offered some. "No thanks, whaddo I need gold for? Nah, we trade here. Pelts or meat's what I want."

The elder nods slowly. "He can...be found to...the east...in the lower wood."

She giggles at Ria. "Weeeeeell...we're not humans anymore! But animals, so we got animal instincts!"

[SweetSophia]

"Thank you for your most knowledgeable insight, elder. You've been of much aid to me and I can only hope to be of equal aid to you," Teras thanks the elder, "Now, if you'll kindly excuse me, I must gather my teamates and regroup."

[Stellar]

Marisa took a step back, "Oh... Well, wouldn't you need some money to get back to your old life? My party leader is determined to break the curse here... Probably moreso since she was transformed herself." Marisa put the gold back in it's pouch.

[Musashi]

Ria suddenly grabs the squirrelgirl's hand. "Let's go frolic! I spy a tree that's just begging to be climbed!" And so off he drags her to a very climbable looking tree!

[SweetSophia]

"Alright, they're in the lower eastern woods. Now, we're getting somewhere." Teras said, stepping out of the hut, "Now, where did those others get off to?"

She looked around, casing the surroundings for any sign of her comrades.

[Empusa Sesshi]

Teras can spot her squirrely companion Ria beelining up a tree, with a squirrel GIRL in tow. No sign of the other yet...

The old wolf frowns a bit. "Aye...I suppose I Got somethin I c'n LEND ya...but I'll be expectin it back y'hear?"

Ria discovers much to his delight, the tree IS in fact made for climbing.

[Stellar]

Marisa nodded, "Of course!"

[SweetSophia]

Terras looks up the tree with her arms on her hips.
"You about done there, Ria?" We should probably get going soon."

[Musashi]

Ria, balancing quite easily now on a tree branch, pouts down at Terras.

"But.. but I just got UP here, and it's so /climbable/, and I really have this strong urge to store nuts up here! Do we have any nuts, Terras?"

[SweetSophia]

"The only nut I see it already up the tree..." Teras muttered under her breath. "Look, I've got directions and an Idea of what we're up against. I suppose I could leave you here until I find Marissa, but after that we need to go!"
