Mera remains quiet, thinking on the many different rumors buzzing about about the missing poplutation and some of the town. He remains asd Rene talks to the receptionist.

the receptionist was surprised "hmm?" noting there village symbol "oh Konoha ninja's, i'm sorry however Cathri-sama has recently left on village business matters, when she will return is unknown" almost as a side fact "Is there any specific reason why you seek Cathri-sama, although she is currently out the Seer of the Sea's as well as several members of the Clan council are still around."

"oh yes you probably don't know what that position is if you haven't been here before" with that she went into a into a generalization of the system.

Political Structure –
The village power is divided into 3 separate parties – the various people’s assorted votes determine the new Seer of the Seas (Village Head), once every 10 years from the various clan heads, they rule for a periods of over ten years at a time. They are in charge of the majority of the political policies as well as the development of laws. This person’s power is counter balanced by the Clan Council, which is a council of the remaining 20 leaders of the various clans, the clan leaders are determined by each clans own independent decisions, they are in charge of the passage of laws and the financial stability of the nation. The 3rd party is the Watcher of Storms, this position is determined from birth by the pervious Watcher (the method is unknown though it is said that it is a through a prophecy), though it isn’t until the current Watcher dies till the new one is revealed. This position upholds the laws and in charge of the army/ninja’s. Religious situations however take precedent over political issues.

Either way the Cathri they were looking for was the current Watcher of Storms, the reasons why she was not available were not something publically disclosed.

Miharu not being really into politics only got a bit of that, he would fade in and out on what she was saying and it was clear on his face.

Mera yawns boredly, leaning against the wall and replacing his toothpick. He looks at Rene. "So now what teach? Do we wait or what?" The junior ninja ask, cracking his neck a bit.

[Thorn]

Listening, Rene shrugs and sighs.

"Well, we only came to drop off a package, and then recieve something in return from her. Do we need her to do that Ma'am?"

"Depends on the Contents of package, we most likely will have to examine it first, the usual regulations will still most likely apply."

Miharu yawns and kneels down resting wondering how long this would take. "No offense we've done some boring missions but this takes the cake....." he thinks for a moment and quietly states. "Then again its been better then others."

"I suppose it cant hurt, here."

Rene then hands the scroll to the woman, and waits.

*Examining the scroll the receptionist looks over the contents.*

"hmm you'll most likely have to take this up with Cathri-sama directly, some of the contents aren't normally aquire-able, though Mendi-sama might be able to fill this out request also."

*returning the scroll of Rene*

"You can find Mendi-sama on floor 49, though you may have to wait a bit he usually is quite busy."

[Thorn]

"Hmm alright....comeon guys, lets go...."

She then takes the elevator and heads to the 49th floor.

[Josie]

Mera yawns and hops off his wall, walking over to the elevator. "Lets, this is boring..."

[Thorn]

"Part of the job Mera...part of the job..."

[Raijin]

In the Elevator Miharu sigh again with boredom. "Seem like alot of trouble and a long way just to do a little bit of a pass off..."

as the group heads up the elevator the view could be described as one word... amazing... it had a elegant grace that although similar to there own village was amazing in it's own right.

either way as the group arrived at the given floor, as they exited they could gap at the line... as it was completely empty... either way Receptionist at the door had already been informed by the 1st floor one. "Ah yes you must the konoha ninja's, Mendi-sama has already been informed, please head inside"

[Thorn]

Rene whistles at the view "Would ya look at that..."

Rene then sees the man and bows politely. "Thank you." As she heads in.
