[Mistress Guendolen]

"Okay, sure. Just... don't be too long, okay?" Elise took off for the base entrance as quickly as possible. Finally, I hope I can be useful after all this time....

[Chibi MitchellTF]

Black Jack nods. "As long as it's not 'fight for me' I'll do it."

Pinoko looks up at him. "Aw, come on. You can take people out with scapels."

"Pinoko, what would happen if Dick Tracy tried to kill Bizarro?"

Pinoko thought for a minute. "Um, he'd probably die painfully."

Black Jack nodded. "I'm Dick Tracy. 'The Boss' is Bizarro." At that, Pinoko paled.


Meanwhile, Scientia is happy that she no longer has a gun to her head. "Yes. I've already let Genno in, I might as well let everybody in. I made that armor myself, and made sure it had no weak points whatsoever."


As for the Boss, she waits for a bit, and when Genno doesn't make the first move, visibly sighs. "Okay, I'll be first." She rips off a bit of railing, turning the long metal bar into an impromptu spear, and hurls it at Genno.

[Xiao]

Xiao softly smirked under his veil at Pinoko's comment before continuing, "There is a girl outside on the ground, hurt. From what I can tell, these people are doing the wrong thing for the right reasons, and I don't want any more deaths than absolutely necessary, so I want you to go and make sure she is alright. She is probably hostile, but didn't look like she could move much."

"Now that I can do. I've even healed people who did the wrong thing for the wrong reasons. I admire you for caring about those who hurt you. Some people don't have that strength." Black Jack's words leave much unsaid, and seem rather personal.

He leaves, along with Pinoko, leaving Xiao and Elise alone.

[Mistress Guendolen]

"I'm going in, okay? I don't like leaving you alone like this, but... I'm worried I might be too late...." She hurried for the entrance, hoping that she would finally be able to do something to help solve this mess.

(Elise is teleported by dramatic necessity directly to the entrance, able to interact right after Nikkou takes his action.)

OOC: We can say that between the painkiller and her motivation to get to everyone else, she was able to move really really fast.

(OOC: Nikkou is a she! A SHE! A SHEEEEEEEEEEEEE!! *Drools and slobbers everywhere with great, maniacal abandon*)

"Everything has at least one flaw!" Came out of Tetsuo's mouth, straight from the pages of comic books. "And I must find it!"

After her anxiety-inspired declaration, she hastily made it into the ante-chamber, waiting for the final door to open. Her heart beat wildly, but she was determined to try to do what she believed in for once in her life.

Elise made her way through the base. It was like on the blimp; somehow, she just knew where to go. I'm coming, don't let me be too late-
Finally (even though it was only a matter of minutes,) she made it to the final chamber. There were two tableaus. One was Tetsuo, who seemed to be in a heated exchange with Scientia. And deeper in, there was Genno....
She had to get to him. The catgirls had essentially made Tetsuo; they wouldn't hurt one of their own. But Genno was another matter. Umbrella at the ready, she made her way forward, trying to skirt behind the mad scientist catgirl to get to the door in time to help her boyfriend. I'm coming, Genno, I'm here to back you up, such as it is-

(OOC: Time warp? XD;; )

OOC: That's what Mitchell said, basically. **shrug** Besides, there was a certain degree of event overlap.

[Mitera Nikkou]

(OOC: So I guess both of our characters are now in the ante-chamber... And yet the confining space has done nothing for our characters to notice each other. )

[Mistress Guendolen]

OOC: Oh, Elise noticed Tetsuo. She's just not stopping to take the time to talk, that's all. She's more interested in getting to Genno.

((Just assume she was so determined that she moved fast enough to not be seen ^^))

OOC: That works. Now, what are you up to in all this?...
