James struggles against his cuffs in vain. "No..." He says with a small hint of defeat.

Taylor is currently making no effort to escape. A wave of depression has hit him.

"Didn't think so. Hmm... These nanobots are pretty cool, though. If we could make them work for us, we could get out of here!"

"Make them work for us? Any ideas on how that would work, cus' I have to say that I'm no nanotechnologist but I'm open to all ideas." James said, curiously.

(Man, I can't believe I didn't notice this. -_-)

"What the- YOU'RE NOT THE ONE GETTING CHANGED HERE! You shouldn't be complaining!" Vincent shouts at Taylor. He's clearly pissed off at how much of a wimp the other guy was acting like. "Whining like a little kid isn't going to get us out of here, so how about you try spending less time talking and more time finding a way to escape!"

"Hey, check if it works" says Nova and he turns his back to Robert as he shows his cellphone to him.
"Let me confirm, your shelter shield is activated?"
"What are you planning?!"
"Your shelter is secure, is it?"
"Of course it is! Just see for yourself how powerless you are!"
"...Roger that."

[Wow. Not a single trigger. Perhaps a little something to spice up the dialog? A little confusion perhaps? Know that when I do this, I do this to make sure that there's an even number of active people. I just hope that you all have enough faith in me not to just call it quits and abandon this. I really want to see at leas one couple through...]

The PA system crackles on again.

"It has come to our attention that small clerical errors have been made concerning your group. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we ask for your patience as we fix the problem. Thank you, and once again, we hope you enjoy your experience here with us at Sure-Fire Cupid!"

In each of the cells, a hairline fracture appears in the glass between it and the cell next to it. As this happens, the handcuffs of each of the young men pull towards the fracture. This pull is gentle at first, but as resistance is offered the pull grows stronger.

[What in the world could be going on? Am I pulling some sort of Deus Ex Machina crap to keep things rolling? Why yes indeedy. Oh, and Ginny has been approved to join in and fill the odd gap left by another player. Post away, folks! The more your character says or does, the more chance you have of hitting a trigger!]

James turns towards the splitting glass as he begins sliding towards it. "Maybe we can use this period of time for escape. There has to be an opening here somewhere!" The guy looks around for anything, ANYTHING that may lead to the outside while at the same time trying his best to keep in place.

Claude enters the waiting room, eagerly glancing around it. He was dressed in a snug white t-shirt that hugged his skinny frame, and a pair of equally tight jeans, with some smart shoes on. A hand brushed through his long white hair, sweeping it delicately back behind a ear with a smirk.

"The wait is over ladies, I've arrived", he purred to himself.

J.D.'s eyes go wide as he feels himself being pulled toward toward the recently-made cracks in the glass between the cells. "What the **** is this?!" He yells out, trying to fight the pull as much as he can.

"Ow" Taylor said as he is pulled. "Also stop yelling at me. I haven't done anything. It's not like we can get out of these things and that probably won't happen until I'm completely a girl."

Against his will, Romuald is pulled by the handcuffs toward the glass. Realizing that he is going to be separated from his cellmate, he snikers. 'Well so long Pinkie, No hard feeling, it's just that I hope next time I see you, you'll be having PMS. That way you will really have a reason to complain.'

Rodney lets out a laugh.

"That's exactly why I'm yelling at you! You're not doing anything!" Vincent angrily blows a strand of his long red hair out of his eyes. "Look, it's better for us to keep struggling than to just give up. I don't want to be your girlfriend, and I'm pretty damn sure that you don't want to be mine either.... Well, maybe you're really weird like that, but still!"

He turns his head towards the fracture on the wall. What effect is that going to have? Are they going to be joined with another group or something?

"Great, I bet I'll have to deal with even more whiners...."
