Nova thinks. " My guess is Our reborn selves touched what contained their old essence and thus we where reborn."

[Ookalf]

Any ideas where they are now?

"Please tell me we weren't some inferior humans were we?" Akane asked curiously.

[Sasha]

Nova shrugs. " All i know is that my cabinet is all here with me. We simply must free the others." She then turns to Akane. " Where you even paying attention earlier when i said we where superior to them?"

Pity. I would have liked to thank them for freeing us. Of course, who knows if they would even be able to understand us.

*Thinks back to what was said earlier.* "Oh yeah that's right. Thanks Mistress Nova. Sorry, I was just spacing out for some reason. Forgive me?" Akane asks as her ears droop thinking that her mistress was mad at her.

Nova nods. " Don't let it happen again. She turns back to Kaerina. " They can we learned they speak thanks to our former bodies who freed us." She pulls her close. " Just thank yourself for freeing yourself."

[Ookalf]

Then... these bodies belonged to the humans?

[Sasha]

Nova shrugs. " In a way but they are still ours since we in fact where reborn as them."

[Ookalf]

Nova smiles and holds Kaerina close with her tail around her waist. " Just relax and don't worry about it."

Nova nods. " Don't let it happen again."

"It won't Mistress Nova. I really didn't mean to space out. I was just happy to be near you again." Akane says with a smile and a bit of a blush which immediately subsides.
