LoZ: The Harp of Anon

While Achoo had heard the miller call out for someone with a big nose, he hadn't thought that it would have been him since he had been in hiding. Before that, while he had wanted to help with the wolfos, he had thought that he would have only gotten in the way, being that he had no means to fight, much less defend himself.

In the end, once it was over and the supposed princess had been taken into the mill, he took a peek around the corner and saw no more reason to hide. He still minded Shindo's words, even though he really didn't know what to make of his position in his quest to help Malon, so he moved to the front of the mill. He wondered if the girl (again, the supposed princess) was alright, but he didn't want to get into anyone's way. However, he saw that there were four carpenters that had collapsed and had effectively blocked the entrance to the inside of the mill (OOC: if I understand it right), and they were surely the obstruction that he didn't want to become.

So, with that thought in mind, he decided to do something instead of standing around. He went to the pile of carpenters and tried to pull them out of the way, but his thin, lean-muscled frame was no match for the weight of the big, burly carpenters and their combination of muscle of mid-body fat. And they smelled something terrible, even worse than what his nose normally encountered as a rancher.

However, seeing that there was a girl standing nearby, he decided to ask her if she could help him.

"Um... Miss?" He addressed the girl of Gerudo descent. "I was wondering if you could help me move these fellows. They're worse than pregnant sows in their sties."

Shale stayed by the Princess's side, bandages and hot water at the ready. He just had no idea what to do with them. "So, is she supposed to be turning purple? I've never heard of Hylians with that skin color, but I could be wrong."

[Mistress Guendolen]

"No, that's definitely not natural. That thing must've had some sort of... poison or something in it. So sorry, Mr. Miller, I can't help shift those buggers- I've got to think." Damali pressed a hand to her forehead, concentrating. "There are herbs that can fix this stuff- it's like a poisoned weapon- jsut need to remember what they are-"

(Oh yee of little faith and attention *pats Guen* And yes, it was a very good reentrance Nekkid ^_^)

"Here, I'll help you with them.." The mill owner mumbled. He made his way to the mill entrance and helped Achoo move one bulky carpenter at a time.

"Mmm," Zelda shifted and sat up a little, "Miss Gerudo, your sister needs aid." She turned looking to the doorway and shook her head, none of you could quite tell if it was shook in dissbeleif, dismay, or just a sudden twitch from blood loss and poison infection, or any combination of the three, but it was certain that Achoo caught the princess's eye. "I'll be fine. I can tell Shale how to temporarily bandage me.


The two other guards tie their horses up and follow Gael. One removes his helm to get a better breath of the fresh air, "It's so nice out here!" he comments with a scruff voice. The other shakes his head and continues following.

The mayor's residence isn't hard to find. It's at the center of Borderton. It's a homely looking cabin with blue paint peeling off it's outer walls. Next to it is a barn, various sounds can be heard from the cows, chicken and sheep within its walls. In the front of house is a fountain with a few sheep drinking at it's base. A couple hundred yards away, in town square is the well. Various towns people go to and from the well, getting the supply of water they require, any who happen to glance in your direction, Gael, give a warm "Hello!" before continuing on their way. The knight with his helmet removed gives a hearty wave to any towns people who acknowledge you three.


The goron moans, "It's in a very cold place..." He fidgets with the mud created by the melted snow, "The egg is at the heart of Death Mountain, but instead of being really hot, it's become really cold there!" He leans back some and wipes his hand off, "I tried going down there... To be like the Hero of Time since father named me after him... But I almost froze to death."

(And an hour later! I'm done improvising, molding, and typing! Woohoo Zelda-verse players ^_^ we're back in full swing despite Trojin's dissapearance)

Jaena smiles. "Leave it to use. Just one more small question do we have to climb to the top of Death Mountain to reach it or is there another way?"

[Shadowmaster]

"Don't worry, we'll get that egg." Remi said.

Achoo grunted with each carpenter as he and the miller moved each one of them. Help from the Gerudo girl (OOC: Kanami, not some new super-heroine ;p) had fallen through, but at least the miller was both willing and capable. Once that task was done, he stood up straight and rubbed the underside of his nose with his finger. He caught a glimpse of (the supposed) princess lying on the bed, wounded, and, while he hoped that she was okay, no matter who she was, he didn't think that he could do anything to help and thus decided to move away from the door and lean against the outside wall while he waited for Shindo or something else. He wondered when he would get back to Malon with what she needed.

(OOC: I'll just blame it on the music, which had brought in swamp gas that reflected light in such a way as to make it seem like Kanami was conscious and standing up. Curse that swamp gas! ;p)

Shale was at the ready. "Allright, Princess. Tell me what to do. I'll be as gentle as I can." This whole injury business was clearly making Shale uneasy. How would he protect her if she was hurt from the inside?

[Mistress Guendolen]

"My sister?!" Damali's eyes flew wide, and she spun around rapidly. Her sister was there, but still out cold. Damali flew to her side. "Keep her still! I've got to check her for injuries- never know what might happen if she's been jostled too much-" She started checking her over. All the while the litany repeated in her mind, Come on, Kanami, wake up! Wake up!

OOC: Sorry, Stellar (and everyone), but I'm going to be out of town a few days. I'm going to Otakon, and shall be absent from Thursday until sometime Sunday night. If my absence holds up progress any, I'm very sorry. But either way, I shall see you then.

Gael simply nods to the townsfolk that wave and say hello to them. As they reach the mayor's residence, no looks around at the home. "This place could use some fixing up..." He says.

He pulls out the official letter from the king and quickly straightens his mask. He calmly knocks on the door.

Right as Gael made a fist to knock at the door the door flew open and a hearty man stepped fourth, "Non-sence! It's sturdier then your flimsy paper houses back in mainland!" he laughs and pats Gael on the shoulder, "What brings ya here soldier? The royal cleric out of herbs again?" he gave another strong laugh then paused to give Gael a moment to reply.


The gerudo thought for a moment, "Ooo yes, there's a way to the volcanoe through the master chaimbers." With a heave, he stood up and lead the trio to the master chaimbers and began to move a large statue.

After watching him struggle with the statue for several minutes he stepped back revealing a path, "There you go. Before you go, take these." He opened a nearby chest and pulled out a short sword for Remi, a mysterious looking glass for Jaena, and staff for Rodin. (After I get some sleep I'll pm each of you explaining the items you've received. At the moment you can continue without the knowledge of your new equipment.)


Kanami is still laying where Jarudo left her on the bank. Her wounds seem minimalistic, the worst one is square on her forehead, which likely is the cause of her being knocked out. Damali, you actually seem suprised that your sister is this well off since she was caught in a rockslide. There's no attention given to you from her unconsience state though.

"Calm down Master Goron," Zelda smiled with a quite refresshing calmness. "Go and fetch the man that just lent a hand clearing the doorway," she slowly ordered as she sat upright.

The mill owner wiped his brow and looked to Achoo, "This day's the most bissare ever, eh?"

[Kumi-chan]

Jaena holds the glass in her fin hands looking at it a shiver from the cold runs across her body as she examines the item handed to her. "Thank you but you didn't have to." She leads the others through the path that the goron just opened. "We'll be back."

[Shadowmaster]

Remi takes the sword. "Thanks. And don't worry, we'll get that egg for you." he said, following Jaena.
