(OOC: Like I said before... The time flows as fast as the activities do. The characters have been chatting, and that chatting couldn't have lasted anywhere near as long as it takes to get anywhere close to the camp. One sentence does not equate to one hour of passage, for instance. Now seems like a good time to toss in a time warp, to satisfy those of you still waiting that haven't realized that you create normal time flow. *Sighs*)
The girls arrived at the campsite about an hour later, the sun glaring brightly over the horizon, into their eyes. There didn't seem to be a soul awake at this early hour, as far as anyone could tell at first glance. Should anyone decide to investigate the hole in which the crystal resided, they'd find that it no longer looked like crystal, and that it no longer glowed; it appeared to be nothing more than another dull, bland-colored stone, even if it were carved to take on a crystal-like shape.
Now, while the girls wanted rest, there was still the option to decide on being given the explanation first, and whether or not to do it in the girl's tent, or find somewhere else more private.
Back in the forest, a certain moon faery had woken up, wondering when and how she'd fallen asleep. Most moon faeries were nocturnal, which was the case in this instance. Fortunately, she shrugged it off, and shook her head when she thought about her dream. It would have been a good dream, had she been able to do more than draw blood from just one of the humans. But it had ended badly, because the dream ended when some mysterious "villain" showed up to stop her. Remembering the vines made her mumble some not-so-nice things about the elves, those tree-hugging bunch of faeries.
(OOC: Right, so... I guess this will pick up in the next installment. Which probably won't start right away.)
Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned because only women can give two tits for every tat.
