Monster Slayer!? [RP]

"Meh you'd think they'd have some booth babes for marketting"Nick says sitting down with a sigh.

[Evra]

rein sighs looking around sitting with the group "why so muh marketing its really annoying"

[Florina]

"You would think," Chu mused, "That they would at least provide us with some food, or something to do... This is pretty lackluster for such a 'major' release." He absentmindedly pulled out his DS, flipping on a copy of Super Puzzle Fighter. "Let me know when something interesting happens, kay?"

[Rena]

"I didn't exactly come her because I wanted to." David murmured back to Don, as he glanced over at Reid, who seemed to be having a jolly good time.

"Dear guests," An announcement came on over the PA. "While dinner will take a little while to be prepared, we'd ask that groups one and two come up to the upper level for the next hour to enjoy their new games in the lounge while the food is prepared. Unfortunately, group three, we haven't the capacity upstairs, so you'll get your turn after dinner. Until then, please enjoy the games and stands on the lower level." The first two groups left as instructed, leaving the group three members as the only guests on the bottom floor.

"Alright! Let's go exploring!" Reid shouted enthusiastically as he got out of his seat, completely unaware of the troubles that their exploration would soon cause them.

[Marky]

Mark looked at Reid, unenthusiastically. "I don't know about going off and exploring. Just doesn't seem like a good idea to me."

[Zoei]

"What the frak? Don't they plan these sort of things out?"Nick responds, "they knew how man things they were handing out they should have planned accordingly"

[Nosnits]

"I'm Don, by the way, do you want to suffer through these booths together?" He says, bored out of his mind.

[Mystic Mina]

"What!? Oh, C'MON! I want to play this damn game so bad!" Dan shouted while shaking the arm that clutched his limited copy in the air furiously. "Geez!.... Tch, ok, whatever. I can wait. Maybe I'll just walk around with you guys for a bit.... Yeah, yeah! That sounds like a good idea!"

[Florina]

"Oh, that's fantastic... Way to be on the ball, guys," CHu said, exasperated. "Sure, it's fine to book a room that isn't big enough for the people you invite over... Amateurs..." He shut off his DS as quickly as he had turned it on, standing and wandering over to one of the stands - a ring toss. How original. He sighed, tossing the rings at the tall poles.

"I'm Don, by the way, do you want to suffer through these booths together?" He says, bored out of his mind.

He looks over to Don, "I am Nick"

[Rena]

"You can stay if you want." Reid said to Mark, a little weirded out by the paranoia. "Though it's like a little festival in here! I don't see what could go wrong, so I'm going in!" He headed in the direction of what looked to be a small booth for the sale of Monster Slayer! merchandise, clearly attracted by the shiny objects.

"Sure, let's clench our teeth and bare it." David replied to Don, as he got up. "But let's keep near the others, I'd rather not get lost."

Around the same time, a girl approached the group, a spray bottle in her hands. "Would any of you gentlemen like to sample our new fragrance? It's based off of one of the monsters in the game, and it's said that this wonderful smell will attract the opposite sex to you like crazy! Unfortunately, I only have one shot left..."

[Florina]

"In case you haven't noticed, hun," Chu laughed, "There aren't too many girls around here... Though I do see your perspective, marketing an instant-datability scent to nerds like us." He appraised the girl with his dark eyes; she was rather average-looking, wearing a simple blouse-and-skirt combo with small heels. "Unfortunately, a sample wouldn't do much good; it wouldn't likely last until our next girl sighting anyways."

[Nosnits]

Don stands up. "What should we do first..." His train of thought ia derailed when the girl comes and makes her pitch. "Sorry, not me. I smell bad enough without having to smell like a monster too."

[Mystic Mina]

Dan, being the impulsive person he is, decided to butt in on the conversation between Chu and the sample girl.

"Hey man, c'mon! We gamers have to take every chance we get when it comes to women! Give the stuff a try!" He said as he gave the Thai man a strong slap on the back. "What have you got to lose?"

[Florina]

Chu laughs, shrugging slightly. "Oh, come now... It's really not necessary... It's a nice offer, of course, but I don't think I'm honestly much of a cologne kind of guy."
