Make a TF Foundation: A Fairy's Life

As the new fairy talks and has her thoughts drift away from her, an occasional fairy flitters across the room. Not one of them is what transformed her, however... but they are clearly at home.

A few fairys are playing with card games, like 'Go Fish', with those tiny decks that cost a dollar. Despite the decrease in size, it is still rather comical seeing fairys playing with cards half the size of their bodies. One of them waves over the new fae to play with them.

[Aha! I have found something to add! Miku, whether this is normal or not is up to you. I can work with either.]

[Miku-chan]

(it can be normal and the old woman is use to normal fae folk being around with her unique home. The earlier reference to not having seen any in a while could refer to transforming/transformed Fairies as well)

"Yes, my friends like the place. My father built it for me when I was a small child and I moved in once more when my husband died in the war. My freinds come by all the time and we gossip and trade stories..." she goes on oblivious to Jason's earlier staement about his former life worries...

Jason stares in open mouth shock, "but-but... why the hell haven't I seen any before?! For that matter, why hasn't anyone?" she's more then a little unnerved with the quantity of fae.

From what little she knew, that suggested this place was near, or even on, a border of the Fairy World. While fairies, animals, and inanimate objects could pass over both ways, humans couldn't. She had no idea how it would apply to her and she really didn't want to find out.

(I had originally wanted to have this with Jason being the only 'magical' thing, having to deal with being around normal people, this does open a new avenue, so I can go with this, just fyi)

[Ah, sorry. I can fix that if you really want. I won't even have to ret-con!]

The amount of fae are really only about six. Still an abnormally large number, but still. Three are playing 'Go Fish', one is fiddling with a clock, and two are, apparently, hunting mice. They are carrying needles for swords, and they are wearing thimbles for helments.

[Miku-chan]

Myrna calls out to the fae as they enter the house..."Girls, come meet a new friend, Jazmine. She just found her Fae blood today as her heart was finally able to open near the wall. Please make her feel at home."

[Shy Shay]

All of the fae leap up and start flying around the women and the new fae. "Fairy friend, fairy friend, fairy friend brought us a new fairy~" They continue singing this and flying in circles.

One of the fairy's becens the new fairy to join them.

The new fairy is unnerved, to say the least by this display, suddenly having very strong doubts about the woman who was helping her. It seemed almost like she planned this, and was going to add her to her collection, or something.

"I-I-I... I need to find my friend!" she leaps off and tries to fly away, eyes wide in panic.

(if you meant the fairies to be creepy, you did a good job...)

The fairy's pout. "Aww... fairy left us, fairy friend." The quickly flitter around to get back to whatever they were doing before hand.

[O.o That was not my intention. At all. Oops?]

(the image I got was the faires circling around chanting... like those far too happy children in freaky movies)

[I was thinking more children skipping in a circle singing, like 'ring around a rosie'.]

[same here...some thing to make the new fae feel more at easy, guess Jaz really is freaked about her change...tehe hehe]..."Jazmine, wait. The girls are just happy to make a new friend..." Myrna calls out to the fleeing new fae...
