Anthem City: Fall of the Possum

[Blaze]

Suzie giggles and puts an arm around Georiga, pulling her close

"We'll have to get you a pink one~"

[Harri-chan]

In a weird way, Georgia was even starting to enjoy the sister-like teasing from Suzie, and she couldn't help but grin as the older teen pulled her closer as they walked into the furniture store. "Well I guess if you don't mind all that pink in your room", she said, poking her tongue out at her.

[Blaze]

"Psh, course not~ I'm just worried my room isn't pink enough for you!" Suzie retorts.

"Settle down girl." Amanda says as she leads the pair to the Beds department

[Harri-chan]

Georgia blushed a little as Amanda glanced back and told them to quiet down. She hadn't even realised how easy it was to slip into acting so immature, and for a moment looked rather ashamed of herself, and then slightly worried about the deeper, mental affects of what the Hellchemist had done to her.

"Sorry, Auntie Amanda... ", she murmured, before glancing back up at Suzie.

[Blaze]

Amanda looks around the department, before spotting a very light pink-almost white-bunk bed! She walks over and examines it.

"Hmm... how about this one?"
"Oh that's perfect Mom!"

[Harri-chan]

Georgia approached the bed, looking to Suzie as she gave her approval. Her old bed in her apartment hadn't been anything fancy, but compared to that, this one looked so small, fit for a child. "Do beds have age ranges?", she asked, looking up at Amanda. Of course, she knew that they'd need to consider the size of Suzie's room, and a big double bed like she was used to was not going to work.

[Blaze]

"Of course not silly, as long as you fit in it, it's fine." Amanda says as she test the ladder that came with it.

"Try to climb this to make sure you're tall enough."

[Harri-chan]

It had been a long time since not being tall enough for something had been a problem for Georgia. Her chest tightened a little at the thought of bring told she was actually too short for the childish bed. Grasping onto the ladder, she climbed up. Climbing was a big part of her life, and she'd scale buildings several times a day, yet she could feel the smooth surface of her Mary janes fail to get any sort of grip on the wooden rungs, and it made her slightly nervous.

Climbing to the top, she crawled onto the mattress, feeling so childish, her cheeks pink to match her dress as she looked back at Amanda and Suzie. "Am I tall enough?".

[Blaze]

Suzie giggles again.

"Legs together when climbing ladders hon."

Amanda nods and checks the price.

"Not too bad... do you like it Georgia?"

[Harri-chan]

Georgia's mouth fell open as she realised she must have once again accidentally given them a peek at her underwear. Her cheeks went bright red, and one hand tugged on the dress. Only yesterday Suzie had seen her as an adult, now she was acting as if she had to teach Georgia so much.

"Y-Yeah... it's great... ", she said, sliding back down, this time holding her dress in place, realising how much it was going to take getting used to, if more of her clothes were like this.

[Blaze]

Amanda gives a small smile and nods, waving a floor attendant over.

"Excuse me, we would like to purchase this bunk bed please." she says. She starts sorting the details with him, both ignoring the two teens

[Harri-chan]

Georgia drew a deep breath, suprisingly worn out by all the shopping they'd done. Already she was thinking of Amanda's nice apartment as home, and looking forward to getting back there, "Will you show me how my new phone works when we get home?", she asked Suzie as they waited for Amanda to sort out the purchase of her new bed.

[Blaze]

"Of course!" Suzie says with a nod as Amanda arranges for the bunk to be delivered and assembled at their apartment.

"OKay girls, just gotta make that appointment and we'll head home." Amanda says

[Harri-chan]

Georgia brushed her tongue over her teeth, already knowing exactly what was going to happen at the dentist, as she'd been here before, twenty years earlier. "And the hair dye, Auntie Amanda", she reminded the woman as they walked back out to the car.

[Blaze]

"Ah right, thanks hon." Amanda says with a smile as they reach the car. Suzie opens the door for Georgia, waggling her eyebrows at the younger girl

"Can you do it this time?"
