Anthem City: Fall of the Possum

[Blaze]

Suzie is sitting on the couch, some kind of video game controller on her hands. She staring intently at the TV, but pauses the game and turns to smile and Georgia as she walks in

"Hi sleepyhead! Sleep well?"

[Harri-chan]

"Hey... ", said Georgia, before covering her mouth as she yawned. Stumbling over to the couch, she flopped down beside the other teenager and squinted at the controller in her hands, and then up at the TV screen. "What you playing?", she asked, her knowledge of video games being limited to say the least.

[Blaze]

On screen is some kind of first-person game with swords and magic.

"It's called Brynhildr. You play as a warrior maiden and fight monsters and stuff." Suzie explains as she pauses the game to give Georgia a hug

"Sleep well?"

[Harri-chan]

Georgia leaned into the hug, rubbing her eyes as she did so, and then nodded her head, "Mm, yeah, that new bed is so comfy", she smiled. She went quiet for a bit, watching Suzie play, before speaking up again, although her voice was somewhat quiet, "You got any... like... skate pads or anything? I was thinking they'd be pretty useful while I get used to things... ".

[Blaze]

"Ummm... I went through a rollerblading phase a couple years back. I think I put the pads I used in the closet." Suzie says, unpausing her game.

[Harri-chan]

"Perfect", smiled Georgia, keeping her voice low as she watched Suzie play. For a moment or two, she just observed in silence before tilting her head to one side, "I wonder how much this affected my fighting skills... ".

[Blaze]

Suzie pauses the game again and turns to Georgia, biting her lower lip.

"Well... we could try it out."

[Harri-chan]

"What's wrong?", she asked, seeing Suzie biting on her bottom lip. "You think I should just be forgetting about all this stuff?". Her cheeks went a little pink, and she frowned, "I told you yesterday that I'll be careful... ".

[Blaze]

"Well, I meant that we could do a practice fight... I'm just scared that I... that we might hurt each other." Suzie says.

[Harri-chan]

"You're right", said Georgia with a nod. "I'm being too eager, and you're being sensible. I promised I'd be careful about this. Maybe we should find some kind of classes we can go to, together? If we have any free time what with all these clubs we're going to be in. That would be safe, right?", she asked.

[Blaze]

"Uh... I already take capoeira lessons, maybe we can ask mom if she can sign you up." Suzie says

[Harri-chan]

"Capoeira, huh? I don't think I've heard of that... but I'll definitely give it a go", she said, leaning into the other teenager to give her a firm squeeze and a kiss on the cheek. She felt so full of enthusiasm now, that despite being just a kid, maybe she could actually get back to what she did best after all.

[Blaze]

Suzie giggles and returns the hug and kiss before going back to her game.

"Bet you never had anything like this when you were a kid~"

[Harri-chan]

Georgia shook her head and looked back at the screen, "Nope... it all looks pretty complicated to me. Like your phone. And your computer", she added with a nod of her head. "Do you think your cousin would be into this sort of thing too?", she asked, looking to add to the mental notes she had for this new personality she was to play.

[Blaze]

"Well... let's find out!"

Suzie thrusts the controller into Georgia's hands!
