((OOC: Nah, feel free to join in. You can either be one that overheard the assignment and wandering in to catch Raven, there at the party just talking or even possibly watching Solomon, or inside the guild HQ about to speak with Ebony.))

"Is something wrong? Is it the neddle? Do you need me to find a bigger one?" I said, all the while laughing inside at the fear this guy had.

Now this is what I can a party event.

[Lord Yaga]

"Well, I was on a personal recovery operation in Deguu-it's mostly ocean with Colonial tech-and I was getting chased by some nasty undead pirates, so I used my travaling glove here to escape." He looks at the glove. "It seems to be broken now. Any way, m'names Ross. Mind tellin' me where I am?"

"Is something wrong? Is it the needle? Do you need me to find a bigger one?" I said, all the while laughing inside at the fear this guy had.

"Ah! Brilliant! The'll never think of looking for me here!" Ross exclaimed. "Say, what is your name?" he asked Kay. "And if this is the Hub, can you direct me to the guild?"

Lyra was entering the part just about at this moment. She would have been here sooner, but she'd had a Karate tournament that ran over.... Sure, she'd placed first, but in the process she'd found out that Jarred had gone and left ahead of her. "Figures. Just typical of you, little bro. Let you outta my sight and you wander off.... Always seem to get in trouble, too." She went to find Ebony, and see if she knew where her brother had gotten to.

[Raleigh]

Ebony was walking down one of the hallways to take the papers in to be registered when she spots Lyra. "Hello, looking for your brother?"

[Mistress Guendolen]

"Hey. Yup, you got it- the sprig went and came on ahead of me." Lyra's grin took any sting out of the word; despite a five year age gap, the two of them were very close. "Hope he hasn't gotten into something while I've been gone. With a brain that works overtime like his does, you never know what he'll cook up...."

[Raleigh]

"That is true. I am sure he is around here somewhere. Hopefully not causing too much trouble, I think you might want to check around the medical wing."

[Mistress Guendolen]

"Medical wing?... Oh, no, with all the possibilities there, who knows what he'll get into? He's always got to try things just to see what will happen.... The kid's got an insatiable mind. 'Scuse me, and thanks!" Lyra set off for the medical wing, keeping an eye out for Jarred.

I offer my palm for a handshake. "The name's Brandt Orfeo. I'm not too shabby in a pinch, but I've still got some improvement to do. We can compare styles later - for now let's uhh...go into those sewers" I frown distastefully at the filth down below.
