Appearance: varies depending on what is offered by his Patron, before that he's a thin though muscled youth, with short cut blond hair, and emerald green eyes.
Bio: Felix comes from British Nobility, turned into old money in these days, he went to the best schools and always did very well. He's smart, he's athletic, fairly socially adept. He'd probably have been at the top of the social circles had he not decided to go weird.
At the dawn of his teen years he became obsessed with Occultism and Parapsychology. He'd spend his afternoons reading up and talking about such things to anyone who'd listen and spent many an hour on school breaks hunting for the Black Beast. or Nessy, or flying out to have a true indian shamanistic experience...
Why the Cruise:Why not? Seriously he has the money to just randomly do things and he does.
Legendary Being:The Diabolist/Shaman.(One culture's god is another's Demon)

Influence:

Broadly and simply put Felix has but one power, the power to talk to beings of supernal power and being shaped by the bargain. The levels are less different types of power but more a broad scale of who will come.

Level 0:Immortal Proxy-Lesser beings, what the Chinese might simply call the Shen, Fairies, Angels, Genus Locii, House hold gods.
Level 1:The Will of the Gods-What might more properly be thought of as "true" gods, but also a tier of power that exists in less broad ranging divine setups. That is to say this is the tier Hermes might show up or Monkey.. or a Duke of Hell, or a Major Saint or a named Archangel.
Level 2:The Blessing of Kings-The Heads of Pantheons, Zeus, the Jade Emperor, Amaterasu etc. Or major rivals. (its where I put YHVH generally...)
Level 3:Whispers from Beyond-The Significantly less anthopomorphized primordial entities, Khaos, Nyx, Tiamat, Apophis, En Sof broad ranging alien power.

Age: 21(before change)/16(After)
Gender: Male/Female
Appearance: He has red hair when male and blue eyes. He is 6 foot tall with a slender build. When female her hair becomes pink and in her magic girl form her hair is pink and eyes become red the jewels that appear on her become red and her bracelets red. She is a fire magic girl.
Bio: He never knew his family having been found on the beach when he was a baby. Having no family he was sent from home to home most his life. That being he is used to travel and being alone. He dislikes being alone but is used to it. He has a fear of water and never could figure out why. He just dislikes water.
Why the Cruise: He won a contest. Figured it be a chance to meet a cute girl
Legendary Being: Phoenix
Influence:
Level 0: Minor fire abilities and becoming female for good. She can form fire balls and light things on fire. When she’s anger or annoyed the flames grow more powerful. Immune to all fire.
Level 1: More powerful fire powers. “Magic girl form” Able to form a flame arrow in this form her iris appear to have flames in them when she’s angry.
Level 2: Able to form a vortex of flames around her body which engulfs herself and a large area.
Level 3: CANNOT be used of her own free will she can only use this form as this form is a result of her own death. She takes on the form of a true Phoenix made of the pure flames of a Phoenix. After this form she is turned into an egg which may implant itself into the nearest women. The only other time she enters this form is when the egg hatches but quickly returns to her male human form with a lost of memories.

Name: Joshua Easterly
Age: 22(before change)/Varies dramatically(After)
Gender: Male/Female
Appearance: Originally Joshua was a tall skinny guy with thick glasses, pale skin and dark hair. After the change, she still has pale skin and (much longer) dark hair; but, she's far shorter and no longer needs glasses. She's not skinny so much as slender or petite, and is geenerally significantly more attractive then before. Furthermore her age tends to change a bit when no one's looking.
Bio: Joshua was a grad student studying western European History. In fact he was in the middle of writing his graduate thesis. Unfortunately he found the experience akin to running headfirst into a wall. Over and over again. As the frustration built up to dramatic heights around 400 pages into the writing, Joshua decided to drop his research and take a well earned break.
Why the Cruise: Get over block and then get back to work on doctorate thesis.
Legendary Being: Norns
Influence: Awareness/fate: The norns represent understanding of the system. Knowledge of the past, the future, and the present are theirs to see.
Level 0: Female; eye-sight becomes 20/20, and age seems to fluctuate a bit periodically. Often has flashes of insight as to how to act effectively in a given situation.
Level 1: Age becomes constant depending on what ability is used; younger- sees glimpses of the future, normal- Aware of the present, and older- Sees flashes of past events. Joshua has little control over how these visions manifest, though their content is usually relevant. Furthermore, she cannot hold any awareness of the other states while in one. She may understand the current situation while in one mode; but won't be able to recall the past or think of the future, likewise in the future mode she won't know what's going on or even her own name. Furthermore, Joshua can't control which mode she's in. She'll usually be in the present mode, where her focus on current events and awareness of the world around her will make it seem like her combat skill is superhuman. After all less force can do more when used where most effective. However visions of the future or past will leave her completely defenseless.

Level 2: Ability is more controlled. Joshua can direct the visions to some extent and gain awareness of two time periods at once. (IE: Past and present or past and future) The age changes get more pronounced, and Joshua's knowledge makes her far more serene than normal.

Level 3: Joshua becomes able to understand that time is but an illusion, and freely understand what the future, and what the past hold. Acting in the present to influence either is child's play. Joshua's age will fluctuate dramatically between moments, changing rapidly from a young girl to an old crone.

They say that a butterfly flaps its wings and a hurricane forms on the other side of the world. Joshua could see exactly when to disturb the butterfly to create this effect. On the other hand, a human mind would be entirely incapable of handling this wide understanding of the universe, so using this for any significant period of time could have profound effects on Joshua's sanity or lack thereof. Furthermore, the knowledge gained while in this state will be hard for Joshua to remember in any lower state, simply because the way it perceives events is so alien to a human mindset.
