(hope I have the hang of this universe ^_^)
Nikki sits inside the mall with a blank expression on her face. "I missed something exciting today... Everyone is talking about it like they were there," she moans then lets her head plop onto the table, just missing her salad.

A few moments later she lifts here head up, "I wish I was a reader so I could just know what happened..." She mundanely munches the peices of lettuce watching people as they pass trying to peice together what happened untill she continues to greif to herself once more, "I should have just called in today since I was 3 hours late anyway." With that she spaces out for a moment recalling the night before. It was the first time in two weeks that she went to train her powers, and she just got carried away and lost track of time.

Nikki shook her head comming back to her sences, "I should just quit before they fire me... maybe today is the day the Psion Knights need me." She stands up in excitement continuing, "The day they see my great bio powers!" In her excitement she unintentionally made a small tremmor that created a thin crack from one end of the mall to the other. Upon realizing what she did she sat down quickly, "That's not the way to get noticed!" Nikki paniced to herself. "I'll have to remember how I did that though.." she mumbles trying to blend in eating her salad once again but knows its futile if an empath looks for the cause.

Two students of the Megado Academy stroll along behind Nikki, staring for a second when the earth cracks open and continuing their conversation casually within earshot.

"Yo, Jo. Did you hear about Teacher's Aide Ienzo? I heard she single handedly took down a EMACE troop and saved the life of the head of the Knights." One student eagerly eclaimed.

"Naw, the way I heard it, she took one of the Knight's hardsuits and single-handedly dispatched a mob of angry protestors from in front of the Towers," The other kid suggested, "Jinzo saw it with his own eyes. You can ask her yourself! She's right over there!"

Nikki turns around, "Exscuse me, do you know where this teacher.. uh Ienzo? is right now?" Nikki thinks to herself, She used a hardsuit? I really missed out.. With a quick glance at a nearby clock Nikki notes how much time she has before she's suppose to be back to work.

"Colm.. Do you have any idea why people are staring at me? I know I'm pretty, but this is ridiculous." She stopped and looked around at all of the people, somewhat enjoying the attention.

"Ms. Ienzo, over there!" The student indicated in Larissa's direction.

His friend had already approached the teacher and excitedly puts his hands to his mouth.

"M-Ms. Ienzo? Is it true what you did at the towers? May I have your autograph?" He blurts out.

Nikki follows the two over and slowly makes it through the small crowd of students, cursing her below average height. When she makes it to Ienzo she refranes from turning into a fangirl, "Hi there," Nikki gives a small wave and proceedes, "Did you really get to wear a hardsuit?"

The student pulls out a napkin and a pen.

"It must have been so~o cool when you were skewering the EMACE guys in the battlesuit. Had you used one before or were you just winging it?" He spurts out.

Nikki glances over at the student, That's what I was gonna ask.. dang hyper kids.. Then quickly turns her attention back to Aide so she doesn't miss the answers.

"Oh.. Dear. I didn't really wear a hardsuit. But I did severly injure Cyril. I bet his pride is still hurting." She quickly signs the napkin. "Now, if you'll excuse me, we need to have some food."

"W-wait, why was Cyril of all people at the SK towers?" Nikki watches as people dispurse and follows Ienzo and Colm.

"This is weird. I guess your little fight with that guy must have generated some rumors. Some strange ones based on that one kid. Skewering a guy? Weird." Colm said, looking for a good place to eat.

Colm sees that there are various restaurants of all types, pasta, burger joint, smoothie bar, etc. Most have some kind of tofu or vegetable substitute instead of meat, but there is a huge variety of stores.

Meanwhile in the offices of Megado Academy, the secretary calmly walks up to Ivan and hands him a folder.

"Here you go, Ivan. We've got some available funds set aside for the less fortunate and a couple of scholarships for Empath students that I think he would qualify for."
