Anthem City: Fall of the Possum

[Blaze]

"Sure thing." Suzie says as she holds open the bag for Georgia.

"Hehehe... thanks..." she mutters with a blush

[Harri-chan]

Dropping her underwear into the bag, Georgia went back to the bed, pulling on her grey t-shirt, followed by the short, frilly-edged denim skirt. "Can I borrow something to tie my hair back?", she asked, glancing around the room.

[Blaze]

Suzie nods and hands Georgia a pink hair scrunchie as Amanda pokes her head into the room! She's wearing a plain elegant two-piece swimsuit, black with white edges.

"Ready girls? I got some towels ready so don't worry about that."

[Harri-chan]

Georgia was just about done fixing her auburn hair into a ponytail when the door opened. She glanced over, and was sure she felt her mouth fall open as she saw Amanda standing there in her black swimsuit. "Sure, Auntie Amanda... ", she blushed, slipping her feet back into the pink and white sneakers before crouching down to lace them up, once more having a little trouble with her swimsuit peeking from under the short skirt as she did so.

[Blaze]

Amanda nods and throws on a plain white sundress over her bikini along with some loafers on her feet. Grabbing a plastic bag with three towels inside, she leads the two girls out of the apartment, locking it behind her, and into the elevators! She pushes the button for the parking garage.

"Been a long time since I went swimming..."

[Harri-chan]

"Me too.. ", she nodded in agreement. "Like... a very long time. It may even have been when I was around this age the first time... ", she murmured, glancing down at herself, and then back at Suzie and Amanda. She'd always enjoyed spending time with them, and had always wished those occasions would have been more often... but now she couldn't imagine not being with them like this. To go a week or two without their company. "You can't forget how to swim though, right?".

[Blaze]

"Nah, I'm pretty sure you can't." Suzie says with a smile as Amanda frowns with concern.

"Not under normal circumstances... be careful, okay Georgia?" she says as the elevator opens in the cool parking lot. She leads the two to her car and opens the back door for them

[Harri-chan]

Georgia blushed a little at the show of concern from Amanda. After all, it was only a few days ago she was climbing some of the city's tallest buildings without a harness, but she needed to be warned to be careful during a visit to the pool. "I will... ", she replied, embarrassed, but without any sign of frustration.

She crawled into the back of the car, and slid over to the far side, before doing her belt up. It still felt a little weird to be leaving home with so little on her person. Usually she had to worry about things like apartment keys, car keys, her wallet, and of course her Possum gear.

She tugged on the skirt a little after settling into place, remembering Suzie's earlier warnings, but it, like so much of her new wardrobe, was a whole lot shorter than anything she'd been used to wearing. So much more of her thighs showed than they normally did, the irony being they were now so skinny and narrow, they weren't even worth showing off, and were more embarrassing than anything.

[Blaze]

Amanda drives the car out of the car park and drives for a few blocks. She pulls into a car park outside a newly built recreational swimming pool. An orange tube winds from the second story to the first.

"Ooohhh, it has a water slide!" Suzie says excitedly!

[Harri-chan]

Georgia peered through the window as they pulled into the car park, and at Suzie's excitement, she found herself grinning and looking back over at the older teenager. "We should try that out first", she said with a nod before unbuckling herself and climbing out of the car.

She lingered, watching people go by, from families, to groups of teens and couples, all looking larger than her brain told her they should be. Chewing her bottom lip, she walked around the car, latching onto Amanda's hand without even thinking about it, the crowds reminding her of the mall trip.

[Blaze]

Suzie looks down at Georgia in surprise, but simes and squeezes the younger girl's hand, leading her into the pool. There's a reception area where one pays to get into ther pool next to a small cafe. The smell of chlorine fills the air, along with the chattering of many playing children.

[Harri-chan]

Georgia didn't see the suprised look on Amanda's face, as she seemed too busy watching other people. Her brown eyes were studying people as if she'd never seen another person before in her life. Her cheeks went a little red as she gazed at the curvy figures of women now much older than her, while she watched other teenagers, still finding it hard to think she could ever believably pass as one of them. Even the little kids made her blush, as she no longer towered over them in the way she once had.

Turning to Suzie, she leans in and whispers to her, "Do you think there are people from your school here? Or... my work?", she asked.

[Blaze]

"It's possible..." Suzie replies as the line moves up! Amanda looks at the prices and blinks.

"Wow... it's costly."

She looks down at Suzie and gives a small smile.

"Just follow my lead okay?"

[Harri-chan]

At the mention of the cost, Georgia's gaze snapped back to Amanda, and a guilty expression came over her face. It almost felt to her that Amanda had come out of this worse than her... as she suddenly had an extra kid, and kids were expensive. Chewing her bottom lip, she looked from Mother to daughter, seeming confused for the moment.

[Blaze]

They're at the front! Amanda smiles at the man behind the counter and smiles.

"One adult, one teen and one child." she says, patting Georgia on the head when she says child. The man peers at her over the counter, then at Georgia before nodding.
