I am starting a rp based on the Anime called S-cry-ed. Here is the basics of the rp. The setting is an island off of Japan where 1% of the popluation have a special power called Alter. The are abilities that someone disassembles matter and rearanges it.(Think Alchemy from Full Metal Alcimist but without circles and they can only do one thing) Your char is an alter user. You can be part of a group called HOLY(A group od alter users created to track down other alter users) or an inner(Those who live outside of the big city. This is before the show so we do NOT meet the chars in the show except for some of the adults. All chars are OCs. NO TG. The only tfs are ones that add something to the body. Powers cannot change the look, gender, age, etc. All powers must have a weakness. You cannot be related to the chars in anyway, parent, cousion, etc.(SOrry for all the rules but this is a touchy matter for me. I love S-cry-ed and I don't wnat to see it defiled. Alter:Can change his legs structure and using 1 of 5 spikes on his foot he can kick at high speed that gets stronger each time but cannot use it after the spikes are used and must replenish his alter.
Bio:Kai is a renegade who is hiding from HOLY becasue he is wanted for many crimes. He is independent and does noot like social contact because he learned he cannot trust anyone.

Alter: Ability to morph his arms into Wind Cannons. When used once he must reenergize for about an hour before he can do it again.

Bio: He was born an orphan and spent a large amount of his 18 years alone where he developed the Wind Cannons. He wishes he had friends like everyone else he's run into does.
