(Ok, I was waiting until more people joined, but...guess people can join as we go.)

MEGADO CITY: The Blue District
On the horizon, a bath of yellow light floods in from the east. illuminating the pestigious Megado Academy, the foremost educational institute. The tall brick structure doesn't draw a lot of attention, but fufils an infinite amount of promise.

Working this early in the morning Ivan Glarett, a new teacher here, is working on a lesson plan and the young assistant Larissa Ienzo is cautiously typing on a computer to finish up the attendance sheet for this Fall's new classes before school begins.

Through an open window, the sounds of a large commotion starts up. It sounds like a large unruly mob has gathered to the north.

To confirm the sound, an young intern teacher peaks his head in and says,
"Hey, guys. There's a big unruly mob gathered up in front of the Psion Knights Tower. Something's going on up there, you might want to check that out."

He points to the large blue tower, largely visible from any point in the city.

[Raleigh]

"Hm.. I might as well see what is going on. I don't want to find out that some riot is going to break out near here. Its the last thing I need before classes start." He leaves the class room in order to see what the commotion is about.

From the doorway of the academy, Ivan can see the edges of a crowd, picket signs raised high. This group bears the trademark organic clothing style and signs of the, made infamous by news media, E-MACE, the Enemies of Metis Abusing Construction and Expansion. Even from here, you can hear the main mob chanting against the knights. A few early students and some civilians rush down the street to gawk, adding to the commotion. One student in particular, a Jinzo McClain from Glarett's class stops, looks his teacher dead in the eye and rushes off in a panic towards the protest.

[Raleigh]

"What is wrong with Jinzo?" Ivan desides to chace after him to see what has got him so spooked.

[Teddy]

Larissa sighed and followed after the teacher, hoping nothing happened to the computer while she was gone. She decided to let the teacher deal with the student and watch the mob closely, hoping it won't get out of hand.

[Raleigh]

Noticed that Larissa had followed him out. "Oh sorry about that. Just keep an eye on this while I find out what has that one so spooked, I am sure the computer will be fine."

Jinzo rushes into the crowd and makes his way into the crowd and to the front, where, on the steeley grey steps of Psion Knight Towers, a pale, blond woman speaks. As Larissa and Ivan get closer, they can hear the woman's every word clearly.

"Why do we need protection from bullies and thugs! Why do we need to fund the war machine! There's only one true way for us to have peace! One way to truly use the abillities and gifts we've been gifted with and that's to become one with the core. The people I represent"

The woman, although speaking in a convincing manner, seems a bit distant towards what she's saying. If anyone here's read a newspaper in the last couple of months, they know this woman to be Sirra Tacht, an infamous radical and protestor who's highly ranked in E-MACE.

From the back of the mall, where the crowd ends and the building starts, young Colm Acer is looking over the mob carefully, scouting for a potential teachers. From here, he can just barely make out the woman's words, but as she is speaking the doors to the Towers open wide and several soldiers in full armor march out, attempting to dismiss the crowd. As Sirra fights back, the crowd starts to turn rowdy.

[Raleigh]

"Larissa, we need to get out of here. I don't like how this situation at all. Jinzo, get over here and back to the school. Any of you that are students, get back to the campus now."

[Shadowmaster]

Colm looks over the crowd, and then sees the soldiers coming out. "Well, thats one way to disperse a crowd.

[SweetSophia]

Jinzo reluctantly heads a small group of students back towards the school.

"Er, sorry Teach. I don't know what came over me." He apologizes.

As Glarett is herding his students, he suddenly has a precognition. He can quite clearly see a man sneaking out the back of the towers, unseen by the busy knights. Larissa, in a similar manner, get's a shock down her spine and is made to jolt up for a second. Finally, as Colm is viewing the crowd, an intense feeling of greed and smug satisfaction grabs his attention.

All at once witness a large man sneaking out the back of the Psion Knights Tower, probably unseen by most others. The suspicous character is clutching a long blue cylinder, the manner important documents are often carried by the Knights themselves. With the distraction up front, he levitates off rapidly away from the commotion.

[Raleigh]

"Hey hey." Ivan tries to get one of the knights attention so as to point out the escaping man. "Is that guy supposed to have that cylinder?"

[Teddy]

"Could she be using mind control to draw supporters? Nah..." Larissa started off towards the tower where the man came out of, knowing that it'd be nearly impossible to get the attention of a knight with the mob around.

[SweetSophia]

The soldier Ivan tries to obtain the attention of seems to be too busy trying to calm down the crowd to take action, but clearly sees where the man is and what he's doing.

"Hey, that guy has one of our maps!" He says,trying to calm down a frenzied civilian, "Dangit! We need a man on it!"

The soldier turns to the crowd and sees the rest of the soldiers similarly occupied.

Larissa catches the man off guard as he takes off and he for a moment drops the cylinder in surprise. Up close, she can clearly see that he's a tall, oddly muscular man with a goatee.

[Shadowmaster]

"Hm? What are they all up to?" Colm walks throught the crowd to get a better look.

[Teddy]

Larissa was silent, taking this all in. She glanced at the cylinder and made a mad grab for it, hoping to take it and run.
