"Dr. Kayne? No, I haven't seen him in years. Why?"

"Ma'am, just answer the questions. When was the last time you saw him?"

The woman blinked, lost in thought. "Officer, I told you, he just disappeared about two years ago. I don't know anything else. But why, sir? Did he get arrested? He didn't seem the criminal type... What did he do?"

"Ma'am, that is classified information..."

Dr. Kayne had been missing for years. Once the leading expert on Genetic Engineering, he virtually disappeared from the realm of science after the accident... Leaving him crippled from the waist down and with many of his biological components replaced with robotic parts. Dr. Kayne was never seen again after that fateful day.

Where did he go? Rumor has it that he flighted to the jungle island of Madagascar, but countless police searches have turned up empty.

The true story, however, is much different. Disgraced and deformed, the ashamed genious fled to Madagascar, using the world's most advanced cloaking technology to hide his newest and greatest creation... His biodome. Capable of supporting life with no aid from the outside world, the dome was a completely self-sustained environment. But that was not what he would be using it for... Oh, no, his plans were far more sinister...

And then the kidnappings began. Around the world, teenagers were kidnapped from their homes. Nobody but the Doctor knows their whereabouts. And thus, the story begins...

Alright, here we go. Dr. Kayne is performing experiments on these kids... Genetic experiments that he was unable to perform under the government's watchful eye. He's injecting the kidnapped teenagers with his greatest invention; a genetic virus that twists and morphs a cell's DNA to that of something else... Mutant DNA that is part human and part beast.

Feel free to go crazy with creativity here. We can have Cat girls, kitsune, Minotaurs, merfolk, centaurs, anything that fits the human+animal concept. The degree of change can be little, or it can be great. The humans can also undergo side-effects during the transformation that could only be discribed as magical. Oh, and gender change is always welcome!

Age: 14
Gender: Male
Appearance: A brown-haired youth with bright green eyes that overflow with energy. He wears a black skin-tight tee shirt with a blue vest and baggy white pants. A black watch adorns his wrist.

Personality: A fun-loving, carefree soul who loves a good laugh above all else. Fiercely loyal, he can't stand to see his friends suffer at any degree. If it came down to it, he would gladly give his life in place of his friend's.

History: Born in a slum building near the Eiffel Tower in Paris, Vent fell ill at age three. Diagnosed with a disease previously unknown to humans at an early age, the young boy was bed-ridden for years on end. The disease, which slowly deteriorates the entire body, left him with almost no muscle tissue and cost him his sight.
Animal DNA: Butterfly (gender change)
Special gifts: Able to change other people's emotions, such as cheering somebody up or calming somebody down.

History:growing up in england ash became worried at the state of the world and focused hard on getting a good education beliving that he could make a difference.

Apperance: Mid-length blonde hair tied back in pony tail, blue eyes and glasses.
History: Marcus has always had a fascination with Asian culture since he was young. He's been studying Chinese for 3 years now while in high school. Unfotunatly, before he could end up going to college, he's been kidnapped along with the others, though with abit of a twisted fate in store for him.
Animal DNA: Feline, Gender Change, Ethnic Change to Chinese. (Chinese Cat Girl for the Win! No animal like face please. =P)

History: Sora was born and raised in the states but his family was always moving because his farther was in the army. He never had many friends expect for those he met and talked to online. Just recently his father got a pernmaent base assingment so he was able to join the football team before he was taken.

Appearance: Dan is slightly above average height for his age, although he does not make much use of it due to this somewhat lazy nature. His head is topped with an unruly mop of black hair, and is adorned with two soft brown eyes, which are covered in a pair of steel-rimmed glasses. His usual attire is a combo of a white t-shirt, tan cargo pants, a pair of worn out black sneakers, and a black pull-over hoodie with a logo of a silver cross etched into the center.

History: Dan is a somewhat shy fellow, mainly because he has had to move several times across the United States as a child due to his parents' jobs as government workers. He does not bond well with people, and would rather stay in his room playing computer games than go outside and socialize. However, once you get close enough to him, Dan turns out to be a great friend, although his personality is a bit quirky because of his limited person skills.

Special gifts: Well, besides heightened senses, Dan gains increased strength and a nasty set of claws on his hands and feet.
