Deltora Quest rp and signup

[Baku Genkaku]

we need 3 human characters. A rouge, a ranger, and a fighter. The first three to sign up will get to rp, others may join if the character is good. No special powers. The ranger starts in the Forest Of Silence, living off the land, hiding from the horrors there. The other two are venturing there to find their prize that I will now describe.....*clears throat*

The land of Deltora was once a beautiful land, with seven tribes. Each tribe had a gem of power, each with a special power. The powerful shadow lord, a demon of great power, threatened the land of Deltora and attacked. His army was great and none of the tribes could hold him off alone.
A blacksmith, called Adin, had a dream. To forge a belt with the seven gems upon it, and use the combined might of the collective power to drive off the shadow lord. The Cheifs were wary, but soon agreed, and the belt of Deltora was forged.
The belt was a success, and Adin became king. But his decendants became weak-minded, and began to wear the belt less and less until it was locked away, only for when a new king took the throne. The shadow lord saw his chance and sent his demon birds, the ak-baba, and scattered the gems after having them brak into the tower. The army came, and the king, named Endon fled into hiding, entrusting the shattered belt to his life long friend, Jarred, who over 16 years pieced the belt together. Jarred was ready to seek out the gems. But with his injured leg, due to a falling tree, he obtained some years earlier, he waited to give the belt to his 16 year-old son.And then the belt shone....[no tg, sorry, this a straight foreward rp.]

Kai, you were in training to be a guard of the palace when suddenly the castle advisor killed your mother, the king's nurse. You fled the palace 16 years ago during the invasion, you protect the son of the blacksmith after discovering who he was, and you have guised yourself as a beggar for all these years. Now you set out with the blacksmith's son, to find the gems.
You begin at the edge of the Forest on your quest. [wait for the other characters, and the rougue is the blacksmith's son btw]

then lived in the forest in the treetops, avoiding the poisonous wenn and their monstrous god, the wennbar. you have a raven as an ally named Kree, and a furry koala-like creature named Filli as a friend. You have a small vile with the cure to the paralyzing poison of the wen. And you often rob the paralized grey guards that fall victum to them. [wait for me to say when you enter the rp]

Ronia, you are the daugter of the blacksmith, charged with finding th seven stones of Deltora, your mission is secret, and must stay that way at all costs from the enemy and his spies. You and Kai, who is now 32, are charged with finding the stones asap. You decide to begin in the forest of silence....You are both traveling down the path when the path suddenly lights up with red glowing eyes along the sides in the darkness of the trees.

Ronia walks along the path playing with one of her daggers and looks around here and sighs. " Why do the eyes always have to be red like in those books." She looks back at Kai. " Hey Mr. Body guard you coming along or what?"

*kai looks at the eyes and follows close to Ronia*
Kai:Keep close. You don't know what is in these woods.

[Sasha]

She nods. " not my falt if you solwed up." She tosses her hair behind her and burshes some out of her face. " I still cna't belive you though i was a guy when we first met, though we can laugh about it now."

"You shouldn't have been wearing a hat and I was also expecting a boy to be the hero of the world"

She giggles. " Well I have always been helping my had with work and the hat helped keep my hair out of my eyes." She grins. "Besides who says the hero always has to be a boy."

"All the epics I have heard are about boys and men. never women."

[Sasha]

She shurgs. "Well ist time that sterotype ended anyway. Girls don't always have to be the oens saved you know."

"Yes but I am still to proteact you from harm. I don't know what I would do if you got hurt"
