Pt. 5: The Dimensions Strike Back!

[Maiden Miki]

Mark blinks a little bit at Mike, raising an eyebrow at the question as his aura is scanned. Once again, like Sam's, the aura is quite similar, but there are key differences in the aura. "Um, no, I haven't..."

Pausing, Sam frowns. "Something may happen? Like what exactly?" D looks over at Sam, before getting a brilliant idea. "I still say let's go to a restaurant!" He says, a grin on his face as the gears are turning in his mind, twiddling his fingers. Sam notices this and frowns. "I definitely don't like that look..."

"I see," said Mike who was curious as in what was going on. The aura was even more. Mike decided to pinpoint the differences to get a bit of information before laughing a bit at what Konoko had said.

"Well, you won't get food poisoning. That is for sure," said Mike with a laugh.

"Jeez, Mike, you act as if things always happen at a restaurant." She said with a bit of a smirk. "I'm sure there's one where nothing will happen."

"Well, Konoko, have you ever been to a restaurant in this town when something didn't happen?" laughed Mike as he looked at Konoko. "Still, if you say so, we can always give them a taste of the flavors within Muffinville. I am up for it."

[KonokoHasano]

"I have, yes Mike." She nods a bit, rolling her eyes.

She then looks at Mary. "I think we can cut out some issues here if I do this..."

Konoko suddenly dons on a chef's hat and summons up a portable food cart complete with seats.

[Marky]

Oh... Well, that's pretty mean. *Ookalf notes the others discussing meal plans, but doesn't add anything to that for now.*

G nods a little to Ookalf. "Yeah, it is. But, I dunno. Those two always seem at odds with each other. Despite being able to feel their emotions, I'm not psychic, so I can't really understand why they are that way toward each other..." He says, letting out a sigh.

However, G suddenly spots what Konoko just did and quickly rushes over to take a seat at the portable food cart!

"I see," said Mike who was curious as in what was going on. The aura was even more. Mike decided to pinpoint the differences to get a bit of information before laughing a bit at what Konoko had said.

"Well, you won't get food poisoning. That is for sure," said Mike with a laugh.

The differences in Mark's aura seem to fluctuate almost with his aura, quite hard to pinpoint. Almost like something is preventing Mike from finding out.

Meanwhile, Sam blinks and frowns at Mike. "Uh...huh. That doesn't help me from worrying any..."

"I have, yes Mike." She nods a bit, rolling her eyes.

She then looks at Mark. "I think we can cut out some issues here if I do this..."

Konoko suddenly dons on a chef's hat and summons up a portable food cart complete with seats.

Mark, Sam, D, and G all blinkblink and stare at Konoko, all but D smiling. "Now that...was awesome." Mark says, rubbing his hands together and licking his chops. Meanwhile, Sam breathes a sigh of relief and D mumbles under his breath. "Damn..." Suddenly, Mark, Sam, and G all rush up to grab a seat, while D pauses for a moment, but quickly follows, his hunger winning over wanting to get something to happen to Sam.

"Soooooooo...what all do ya got to eat, Konoko?" Mark says, chuckling a little as he looks over at Sam, D, and G.

[Ookalf]

G nods a little to Ookalf. "Yeah, it is. But, I dunno. Those two always seem at odds with each other. Despite being able to feel their emotions, I'm not psychic, so I can't really understand why they are that way toward each other..." He says, letting out a sigh.

"Really? Damn Konoko," said Mike who sounded honest and surprised, "Then I must be going to all the wrong places...Or at least places where Francesca is the one behind the cooking..."

Mike notice the aura and saw that it was like an old TV that was filled with static. He figured that it was best to back off because there was almost as if he was getting no reading at the moment. He then went back to smile at Sam.

"Just don't worry about it. If you really want to know then just ask Konoko to find out. I am sure she be interested to show," laughed Mike as he took a seat.

[KonokoHasano]

"Well, there's ramen of various kinds, or yakisoba. Takoyaki and taiyaki, onigiri is an option as well. Really, just tell me what y'all would like and I could make for you." She said, spinning some cooking equipment.

[Marky]

Uh-huh... *Ookalf follows G to the cat after he runs off.* You guys... don't mind if I eat with you, do ya?

Glancing over to Ookalf, G smiles and nods. "We don't mind at all. Come and sit with us." G says, smiling, patting the seat right next to him.

The four just blink and stare at Konoko for a moment, before pausing. "Um..." Mark starts, the first to speak. "...could I have a bacon cheeseburger and some fries? Haven't had that in a loooong time." The other three look to each other and nod in unison. "I would like the same." The other three all say at once, before looking at each other and chuckling a little.

[Ookalf]

Glancing over to Ookalf, G smiles and nods. "We don't mind at all. Come and sit with us." G says, smiling, patting the seat right next to him.

*Ookalf smiles and takes a seat.* Ha, thanks... And I think I'll take one of those burgers you're all having, too.

Konoko sweat-drops a little and proceeds to make the burgers for those who want them. Once finished, she hands them out. Then proceeds to make pork ramen and hand it to Mike.

*Ookalf smiles and takes a seat.* Ha, thanks... And I think I'll take one of those burgers you're all having, too.

Chris G smiles and nods. "Good to hear." Soon, both G and Ookalf would find Konoko serving the burgers to them. "Man...this looks so good."

"Meh. That stuff can be good," said Mike as he laughs a bit and then spoke to Konoko, "I have some ramen please."

Sam just shrugs. "Maybe. I may try it later. Right now, I just really wanted a burger!" Both Chris D and Sam smile as they are given their burgers, as Mike is given his ramen. Suddenly, D digs in before everyone else. Sam just chuckles and shakes his head, before starting to eat, too.

Taking his burger, Mark smiles. "Thanks again, Konoko." He says, before quickly chowing down!

Chris G smiles and nods. "Good to hear." Soon, both G and Ookalf would find Konoko serving the burgers to them. "Man...this looks so good."

Yeah... *Ookalf takes his burger and starts eating!*

[Maiden Miki]

"Thanks, Konoko," said Mike as he took a pair of chop sticks and then began to eat. "Maybe. I know the very person that can help you with that but maybe later."

[KonokoHasano]

"You're welcome everybody; glad to be of help." She said, spinning utensils again.

[Marky]

Yeah... *Ookalf takes his burger and starts eating!*

Chris G quickly joins in and finishes the burger fairly fast, before patting his stomach a little bit. "Ahh. That definitely was good."

"Thanks, Konoko," said Mike as he took a pair of chop sticks and then began to eat. "Maybe. I know the very person that can help you with that but maybe later."

Finishing up his burger, along with Chris D, Sam pauses for a moment after letting out a sigh of satisfaction. "Person that can help me with what now?"

"You're welcome everybody; glad to be of help." She said, spinning utensils again.

Quickly, Mark downs his burger rather fast, having been quite hungry, before letting out a sigh of satisfaction and patting his stomach. "Man...that was good. Thanks again, Konoko." He says, before pausing. "By the way, I hate to rush things a little, but, I think we might want to start looking for a place to get settled in soon..."
