Ellen: ...I think it sounds funny, but... whatever you say. How do I look?

[Circe]

Again, older. You could probably pass yourself off as being in your late teens. Hm... *Circe looks Ellen over again.* Build-wise, you actually seem kind of "athletic"... But don't take my word for it. *Circe casts another spell, producing a mirror from thin air for Ellen to use.*

Ellen: *accepts the mirror and gives herself a once-over* ... ... ...I just don't know what to say. I... I'm at a loss for words.

[Circe]

Do you want to change back?

[AmbushCat]

Ellen: ...No, not yet. It's just... ...well, I'm stunned. I don't know how else to put it. I just... *hands the mirror back* ...I don't know. Is looking pretty some sort of crime? If it is, I'm guilty.

[Circe]

*Circe takes the mirror and sends it back away.* Is that some narcissism I'm detecting?

((OOC: I was tempted to have Ellen make a direct reference to Narcissus, but I wasn't sure how it would pan out. ))

Ellen: ...Probably. I've never held much stock in human beauty, but... it kinda worries me. *stretches her arms in front of her* ...Should I be concerned?

(Heh...)

*Circe shrugs.* Maybe, maybe not. Could just be hormones and the like.

Ellen: ...I do hope so.

*Ellen slowly walks back to the pool, but a combination of water on the floor and the unfamiliar weight on her chest (even as minor as it seems) causes her to slip and fall in face first.*

[Circe]

*Circe walks over to the edge of the pool.* You're not dead, are you?

*After a few seconds of struggling, Ellen manages to pull her head above water.*

Ellen: *coughs* ... I'm fine. *tries to steady herself* ...Just not fully used to being like this.

[Circe]

Well, some difficulty in adjusting is to be expected. After all, your body just went through a pretty major change.

Ellen: ...Well--- *coughing fit* ---...Think that's out of there... anyway, it's still a trifle embarrassing.

Don't worry, I'm sure you'll get used to it soon enough...
