The maid can clearly hear a frustrated sigh from the person behind the cloak. "My patience is wearing thin...will you just go and tell Circe that someone is waiting outside for her?"

[Circe]

I was just asking a question... *The maid heads inside.*

[Cloaked Figure]

The cloaked figure, satisfied for the moment, leans against the wall beside the gate, patiently waiting.

I see. *Circe looks like she might be about to say something else, but then the maid from the front gate walks up to her.*

Excuse me, Miss Circe? There's a strange man in a cloak outside who wants to talk to you. He said he has a propsition for you, but that was all I could get from him.

*CIrce sighs.* Great... Send him to the living room, or something. I'll come see him later.

Yes, ma'am. *The maid bows, then heads back out to give the cloaked figure the news.*

[Cloaked Figure]

The cloaked figure is still waiting just off to the side of the main gate, leaning against the wall.

[Circe]

*The maid opens the gate for the figure.* Miss Circe has instructed me to take you to the parlor. She says she'll see you when she can.

[Cloaked Figure]

"Hmm...that is acceptable." The cloaked figure says, stepping through the open gate, ready to follow the maid to the parlor.

[Circe]

Right this way, sir. ...Um, you are a sir, right? *The maid heads inside.*

[Cloaked Figure]

The cloaked figure smiles, although the maid isn't able to see it. "I'll leave that to your imagination."

[Circe]

Okay... *The maid lead the figure to a room near the entrance to the house. On one wall is a lit fireplace, and along the wall across from it are several small bookshelves, all filled. Of course, there are also several comfortable looking chairs, as well as a small table or two.* Miss Circe will be by soon, hopefully. Please, feel free to read something from the shelves until she does.

[Cloaked Figure]

The cloaked figure only nods in response, going over to one of the comfortable looking chairs and sitting down in one, waiting for Circe.

[Circe]

Would you like anything to eat or drink while you wait?

"Nope." The cloaked figure responds, just staring across the room as he/she continues to wait for Circe.

[Circe]

Okay, then. *The maid bows, then leaves the room.*
