A Tale Of Magik

[Raleigh]

*Lucy will find no resistance to her claws as the slide through Raleigh's face up until she is about halfway and then something changes. Good news is that Lucy won't be losing her fingers to the usual acid blood Raleigh keeps in his body but the bad news is that her hand is now caught in what appears to be a diamond statue's head.* Now now, no need to attack me. I'm more or less on your side during these events. *Raleigh slips out of the statue that was once his previous body to look at Lucy.* Should I calm you down myself or let the others handle it is the question?

[Blaze]

Lucy snarls as her hand is ensnared in the statue. Drawing her other fist back, she punches at it, trying to shatter it.

[Zoey]

Lucy in her current state blasts the diamond statue away easily. In fact they turn into dangerous shards that fly outwards cutting stone and metal easily from the surroundings. Lucy would also feel this action as retaliation!

Mima sighs as she looks away. "But... Your friend. We have to do something... How long until you regain your strength? " she says rubbing her arm, before turning to Blaze, not sure if to let her friends tell her or not. "She... went somewhere".

Dact is taken up by some strange yet familiar energy before he's deposited back on the surface! Just in time to hear the sounds of battle somewhere else. He's surroundings look like a ravaged city, but he would notice the ground looks very cracked and broken. The most easy thing to notice though is the very abundant smell of demonic energy.

[Raleigh]

*What few wounds he received from the chunks are already sealing back over and returning to unblemished flesh.* Oh my, I suppose I'm going to have to be serious then?

[Blaze]

Blaze sits up and groans.

"Okay... we need to go after her. Everyone eat these."

She takes what looks like 5 muesli bars from her dress and passes them out. The other Exorcists grimace and start eating them.

Lucy snarls at Raleigh and vanishes, appearing behind him! She tries to drive her arm up through his chest and crush his heart!

[Raleigh]

Tch. *Raleigh slumps forward a bit once the hand has ripped through him and makes a gurgling noise as his heart is crushed. Lucy is likely though to feel as if her whole arm is burning and being eaten away so long as the blood is on it.* Psych. *Raleigh chuckles as he stands back up and his demon form's tail reaches up to pull Lucy's arm out of his back.* You do know my internal organs are all for show right? They don't mean a thing. You are lucky though since I circulated the acid content in my blood to its least dangerous level.

[Knight Errant]

"Ooookay." Says Dact, not arguing about being rescued by a potentially deadly situation. He instead grapples to the nearest building to get a better look around.

[Blaze]

Lucy gives a feral scream as the acid starts to eat through her hand. Instinctively, she summons a powerful gust that blows it off her arm and into Raleigh's face as she tries to stab the nails on her undamaged arm into said tail.

[Raleigh]

*The blood splatters on Raleigh but it does nothing to his flesh. Some of his clothes begin to melt where it lands on those though.* Not bad. Quick reaction time. *He starts to pull back his tail but looses the tip to Lucy's slicing fingers though it again is coated in some of his acidic blood.* You are really lucky I've toned down things since I arrived here. My blood used to steal life out of whatever it landed on rather than leaving acid burns. Still, I suppose its time I at least help somewhat. *He spins around rapidly to try and slap an ofuda upon Lucy's head. At the same moment a demon binding circle begins to form on the ground.*

[Zoey]

Mima takes one of them and looks at it curiously. "Umm... what are these, Blaze?" she asks having a cute worried face on her.

Lucy would oddly feel that after the initial sting the pain left as her body started heeling the burn wounds quickly. However her primal mind wouldn't ask a reason. In fact upon the appearance of the binding circle she would instinctively know she would have to power he way out of it or destroy it!

Dact can! After all, there's no enemies around and he can climb a small building, compared to some skyscrapers around. However from his vantage point its clear that south of him there's something which feels.... foul.

[Blaze]

"Basically, everything you need to march for 3 days straight. They are absorbed quickly and restore energy quickly. Best of all, no magic. Thought you'll need this to force it down."

She also passes out bottles of mineral water and starts eating. Everyone, even Logos grimaces as they do the same.

Lucy notices the ofuda, and some part of her recognizes what they can do. She shrieks, conjuring a blade of air to try and cut it, while extending her wings and fling up and away from Raleigh and the demon-binding circle!

[Raleigh]

*Watches as his ofuda is destroyed but managing to angle his arm so it isn't lost too.* Ah, its not all awareless instinct then. Good. That means I don't have to get too serious. *He can now be found standing upside down in the air sole to sole with Lucy's feet.* Lucy, you might want to snap out of it. What if you accidentally registered some of your allies as a threat? *He seems to be making no particular movements at the moment to antagonize her.*

[Knight Errant]

Dact looks to the south! "It seems there is something evil, foul, or corrupt that way!"

"..."

"Right, off I go!"

With that, he heads off in that direction!

[Zoey]

Lucy would just take Raleighs hesitation as an opening to strike and kill the man! Lucy can't even remember by this point why she's fighting Raleigh, only that she made her mind to kill this man.

Dact would notice the sound of shattering binding magics as if he looked up he would see what seemed to be Raleigh and... Lucy?

Meanwhile Mima looks surprised by these pills and downs one like the rest of the girls! Soon the girls can feel some strength returning to them! However the overbearing feel of Lucy's demonic energy is still present even inside their hole. "What's our next move now?" asks Mima as she looks up the hole.

[Blaze]

Lucy snarls, ignoring Raleigh's words and sending a massive blast of razor wind, enough to slice flesh, muscle and bone in one go at him!

"We wait until we're strong enough to confront her." Blaze says, sitting very still. The others seem to be doing the same, conserving as much energy as possible.
