"Does that include transformation done by items?" asked Mia as she raised her hand.

Victor shuts his eyes, shaking his head.

"Okay...okay...Well...if we win, can we change everyone back?"

*Nods and makes an adjustment to himself so his body is purely human including all that nasty breathing and everything.* Alright so we are limited to purely human power or items we might have on our person correct? I for instance can't regulate my internal chakra/chi/ki to speed myself up nor use my magic to summon motorized skates yes?

While the others are busy asking their questions Raoul, in an attempt to be a step ahead of the competition, carefully edges away from the group bit by bit, trying not to stray too far out so as to automatically disqualify him.

In that case Raoul dashes off to the pet store at breakneck speed. Moments later he can be seen with a giant bag of catnip heading off somewhere...

Shaking his head...he blinks as Raoul runs off...and quickly heads off himself, not bothering with petstores; just running for the finish!
