*Maria slips the ring on, nodding in thanks, and continues to follow along.*

[Raleigh]

*Victoria leads them into the dark basement past a sign that marks that room as a wine cellar.* Hm.. Should be a few more doors down. *The basement seems to be rather open with side rooms throughout though occasionally there is the odd or end to trip over which the night vision should be helping them to avoid.* I think it is just two more doors. *While she is busy trying to recall where they are going a tarp covered pile of boxes begins to shake.*

*Maria spots it, forcing herself to resist the urge to do an Admiral Ackbar impression.*

Miss, look out! It's a tarp!

[Raleigh]

*Victoria turns to look at the tarp. After a moment rats the size of an average dog can be seen rummaging near the tarp.* Ugh... right, lets get this done before something dangerous does pop up. When the rats are that big I don't want to meet anything else that can be found in places like this. How about we just stay away from them lest they think we are after their food or something?

Won't get any arguments from me... brrrr. *picks up her pace to walk alongside Victoria*

[Raleigh]

Victoria: Here we are. *Nods at the door they have approached. On it a sign reading storage can be seen.* Inside we should be able to find a large vault. I'll give you the device to crack in while I guard the door. I don't think they have an alarm system but best to be prepared.

*nods* The sooner we're finished here, the better. I'm not comfortable here.

[Raleigh]

*Victoria opens the door leading into a small box of a room. Lining the room leaning against the walls are a few art frames covered in tarps to keep dust off. The floor of the room is mostly clear aside from the items leaning against the walls. Near the back of the room is a large metal safe that probably leads into another smaller room.* Victoria: Alright, here you go. *Hands Maria a weird circular metal device.* Just put this on the door and press the button on the surface.

*Maria takes a deep breath, steels herself, and accepts the device. Cautiously, she walks up to the safe and places the device on the door, pressing the button as she is told.*

[Raleigh]

*While Victoria watches the door with a gun drawn the device activates for Maria. After only a second four small mechanical arms unfold from the circle and apply what look like small welders to the safe. The small devices light up emitting small plasma blades and then it begins to spin around cutting a hole in the safe large enough for Maria to enter. After a few moments the device retracts its arms and the cut away section falls into the room beyond.*

*Maria carefully enters, trying to locate what she's supposed to be looking for.*

[Raleigh]

*The inside of the safe contains quite a few old weapons on display racks hanging off of the walls. A few tables seem to be holding fairly ornamental looking cups, a tea set, one oddly glowing lantern, and in the middle of the room is the flute they were looking for.*

*Maria starts to reach for the flute, hesitates, then plucks it off of where it was resting. She makes her way back to the safe's entrance, still looking as nervous as all get out.*

[Raleigh]

Victoria: Seems nothing untoward happened. You got the flute? If so, lets get out of here and back to the port.

Not going to argue. Definitely not going to argue.
