She looked puzzled but shook her head, looking back to the kids. "So.. don't suppose you two know any... neat tricks?".

*Echo takes another bite of cat food, then jumps off the table. He walks into the table's shadow, meows to make sure that he's being watched, then descends into it as if he were going down a staircase and disappears.*

*About ten seconds later, he climbs out of the shadow given off by a chair halfway across the eating area. Meowing again to make sure Megan can see where he went, he walks back towards the group's table and jumps back onto it.*

Eebon: *swallows* You mean, like that? G--- *cuts herself off*

[Harri-chan]

The red-haired teenager seems rather impressed, "Wow.. who taught you to do that?", she asked as the cat jumped back up onto the table. "That was really good".

Eebon: Well, it was actually...what's the word... 'latent', but for a little while he couldn't control it. He couldn't control where he popped up, especially when he was thinking of food. *takes another bite*

Echo: *looks around* I don't see Rei-teacher anywhere. *telepathic* She's a good person. She helped me get the hang of it.

Catgirl maid Lost is in the kitchen helping out, ready to pop out to the front if need be,

*looks out the kitchen* Not as many people this morning as there were yesterday. I hope that fight I had out there didn't scare them off.

"I'm sure it's okay, nya. Probably just a slow day."

*nods* I hope so. *working on making pancakes* The place gets more than enough funding to keep running for extended periods, but the concept of boredom has never meshed well with me.

[Marky]

Mark walks up to the Mungojerrie. "Heh, been a little while since I've been here..." He says, heading inside.

[AmbushCat]

*Ambush Cat's Gengar hands Mark a menu as he walks in, then leads him to a table before floating into the kitchen*

Gengar: Hey, Lost? We have a customer in there.

[Stray-chan]

"Gotcha!" Lost hurries out to Mark's table. "Welcome to The Mungojerrie, nya! Can I get you anything to drink?"

[Marky]

"Sure. How about a Mountain Dew?" Mark asks Lost.

[Stray-chan]

"Right away, nya!" She heads back into the kitchen and gets a glass of Mountain Dew. She gives him some time to peruse the menu before she returns. When she does, she puts the glass and a straw down in front of him. "Are you ready to order now, nya?"
