To make things worse, she felt that squeeze on her shoulder along with the stern words from Ophelia. She turned suddenly and looked up, "Y-You can't tell me what to do like that... I'm in charge here, remember?".

Standing there, Sam grumbles as she tries to fight the urge to work for someone as a maid, doing her best to resist.Whatevr89532 wrote:Jamie walks over toward Sam. Pausing for a moment, Sam stares at Jamie. "I, um...well, I...yeah, I really don't want to work for the little brat, but..." She stammers out. The idea, it does sound pretty good to her, but, something inside of her is trying to tell her no, while another part yes. Sam stands there in thought, a conflicted look on her face.

Sam takes a glance over to Orphelia and begins to think about it, but quickly shakes her head, trying to get the idea out of her mind.Whatevr89532 wrote:Jamie stops, standing next to the catgirl-maid. Pausing, she looks back to Jamie. "Well, um...you do have a good point there...cause that could probably end up very bad...possibly." Sam says, nodding a little bit as she mulls it over a bit more.
